I have 3 rooms listed on WIMDU site. They are all on the 2nd floor at Urban Art Retreat in Chicago. One room for one woman only at $35.00 per night.
When one woman stays it is $35.00 per night , two women $45.00 per night.
We've had many names over the years but in short, our residence is a place for women to stay in a woman-centered place to make them feel more comfortable on their short term or long term stay away from home. We have had all kinds of women stay with us over the years. Women from many different countries, of all colors, religions, sexual orientations, income levels, and other varying differences have all stayed at the Chicago Women’s Residence at one time or another.
The women’s residence is fully furnished with comfy furniture, window treatments, extra bedding, linens for the bedrooms and bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dishware, soaps, T.V.'s, computer with internet access, WIFI, a deck off the kitchen, and more. There is a laundry facility on site for your use. The kitchen has a theme of Frieda Kahlo and the bathroom has a pink flamingos theme.
The residence has 3 main bedrooms upstairs, 1 a little small and 2 about medium size. The rooms each have their own theme and nickname. They are called- The Even Cowgirls Get the Blues Room, Bette Midler’s Room, and The Florence Comfy Room. We can also offer a 4th bedroom on the first floor in case we get too full upstairs! Each room is painted with deep colors and has a lot of eclectic art decorating the walls. There is a small library area set aside in the living room, which offers plenty of seating for everyone to hang out together. We hope this helps everyone to find something to enjoy during their stay.
