**FREE use of automatic coffee machine with beans & sugar for coffee, espresso and cappuccino**
It’s a large (19 m²) and quiet room (no traffic) with a private balcony in the first floor of a duplex apartment (112 m²) with garden terrace at the Olympic Park. The rooms includes a 80cm LED screen TV, a double bed 160cm x 200cm, 2 night tables, a bookshelf, a small desk and a chair. The big wardrobe is behind the door in the hallway.
The duplex apartment (ground & first floor) is equipped with wireless internet, phone & fax, the shared bathroom with WC is in the first floor. The guest WC, the kitchen & the garden-terrace are in the ground floor.
During Oktoberfest and some long week-ends, the bedroom is big enough for 4 guests, including my additional mattress 90cm x 200cm for the 3rd guest and with own sleeping bag from the 4th guest (Please bring your own sleeping bag!). I provide bedclothes and towels for ALL guests.
A free parking space is situated in the open underground-parking of Strassbergerstrasse.
In your room you will find a welcome bottle of water for the first night!
