10 minutes from Changi International Airport and 10 minutes from Singapore's CBD (central business district)
Taxis are plentiful and cheap by international standards. Buses are frequent should you choose the communal taxi.
The Joo Chiat / Katong area is a great location from which to explore all that Singapore has to offer or simply as an alternative to staying in soulless business hotels.
