15 mins to Wanchai 6 ppl apartment

This flat has pros and cons; Pros: Good location if you are staying on the Hong Kong Island side as buses are regular to other locations. Price is reasonable by HK standards. Flat is of a good size. Lots of functionality in the flat - WIFI, Kitchen, Shower, TV, AirCon, Washing Machine, etc Cons: The flat was unclean. The flat is old [not modern]. Noisy in the morning with MTR works underway nearby. The [old] elevator in the building takes a long time to go up & down.

Not good! The apartment is not for 8 persons. 4 persons can live there not more! It is too small for that! There are not cutlery for more than two persons. And it is not clean. Everything in the kitchen are fatty and dirty! At the toilett there are mold at the walls and in the roof. The whole apartment are very moist and that smells a lot! This apartment is not worth the money!! The pictures don't show the truth! The good is that Mr Anson are very helpfull if you for exampel want to ask how to travel around. We forgott our key in the apartment and Mr Anson helpt us directly!

This is a good solution if you looking for an accommodation not too expensive, the place is very well served by public transport as well as on the island. For cons, I do not think it is livable 8, 4 is the maximum. It must also be love in places where density is important. Good stay in general.

This is a very nice place to stay , transportation is very easy to reach any place in HK. It's quiet in the evening and we have a good night sleep. Host is a very friendly and helpful fellow . Wonderful experience here in this little white house, thank you , Anson . I certainly advice all other travellers to stay at this place

I booked this place after staying in the horrible Chung King mansion. So you can imagine it was by far way better stay than what I had. The good: 1- Great space for the price. 2-TV is amazing on rainy nights loads of channels and a nice HDTV 3-Everything you might need is in there. 4-Anson is a really nice easy going guy.. he helps whenever you need him. 5-Clean flat, nice appliances. Bad: 1-Flat needs eeds renovation 2-Really far off location..sort of disconnected in a less than desirable area 3- Building is very difficult to enter and to get to the flat..somewhat inconvenient.

The flat in Lei Tung is rather simple , but has all you need and absolutly a good alternative to a hotel in the city area. every worked as planed between me and the host, and even if we never meet there was no problems. I was living in the flat alone, and for a European i would judge the flat to be for max 4 persons. ponly little complain i had was that it was very difficult to adjust the temperature of the water in the bath, but that seems to be due to the way it is build an nothiing the host can change.

Because of the network corresponded to the published photos apartment did not meet expectations. For 8 people, the apartment is completely unacceptable - adequate for 2 people. The furnishings rather worn and badly worn. A light layer of grease in the kitchen on all items, and inadequate equipment and kitchenware. The rest house was dusty. The air conditioning seemed unsanitary. The residence was maintained and total stations for local transport in the immediate vicinity. However, with the usual side effects such as heavy traffic noise bearable. The technical equipment convinced: fast WiFi, several television programs, good hot water for the shower. The provided bedding and towels were adequate and clean. A large thick mattress made at least 2 people in for good sleeping comfort. We believe that the apartment was because of their remote location and the immense traffic noise too expensive. This comment wrote a family of four from Germany.

I stayed here for around a month and it is just fit for me. Not really the most convenient place but get the right balance of convenience & quietness. There are buses nearby going everywhere in HK. I explored a lot of HK by that! The host has put effort to decor & maintain the apartment. For me it is just a great value place to stay in Hong Kong.
