My 1-bedroom apartment was very centrally located - in a side street (not directly at the above address, where I got the key, but in an adjacent house) to the pedestrian zone with many restaurants and cafes. The houses here are quite old, and accordingly was the staircase bit shabby / renovation. But the room was relatively new and tastefully renovated and fully - and in terms of the small kitchenette - equipped for our needs (maximum 2 persons). The price-performance ratio was not unbeatable, but we would come back.
