Navona Square, Prestigious apartment up to 6 people (Picasso)

On arrival I had to wait a long time to Flavio, since he still had to take care of other apartments. The bathroom was not very clean. The towels, which Flavian had promised to bring still not arrived. The apartment was nice and cool and shady under the high temperatures and very conveniently located (near the Vatican), but it is located on a small street with cobblestones, where all sounds were heard from outside (and at night was often a lot going on ). When the keys Flavio did not as agreed at 09.00 clock, but only at 09.30 clock. My train was at 10.00 clock. I had not had a friend there whose flight did not leave until the afternoon, it would not have been possible to hand over the keys. Again Flavio had been delayed in other apartments for guests. It seems to me that it is probably difficult at times to bring everything together.

This was probably not an apartment so we had imagined images (wide lying). This is not an apartment for four adults. Our two teenagers who were sleeping on a narrow sofa downstairs had it too tight. The bathroom was so-so, the door of the shower enclosure was broken and hanging so far, and it was not purely inside the shower enclosure, mildew on walls and ceilings. We had it otherwise OK, but "Elegant Apartment" definitely not suitable.

Our stay at flavi we liked. The apartment is small, but it's everything you could need. Anyone who has back problems should not choose this hotel, because the mattress is worn out and you are practically sleeping on a wooden board. The apartment is very noisy and in the city it is natural rellativ loud, but perfectly normal in a big city. Everything else was top!

We can say nothing about the apartment, since they had overbooked and we ended up (after yet another failed attempt) in a completely different,, but was very nice (location, size, facilities). The "crisis management" and commitment of Flavio, who looks after the apartment is, however, to praise highly.

Just Perfect! The owner Flavio is super nice and accommodating, everything worked fine, the apartment is a little dark, but the location is ideal. Campo di Fiori, Piazza Navonna, Vatican reach everything within a few minutes, we were very satisfied

More apparent than real! The apartment does not hold for the most part what it promises. The decor is getting old partially broken (eg shower wall). It is hardly pure daylight and sleeping area in the upper part of the home court moist and is hard to ventilate (bathroom is adjacent and no window). The beds were very uncomfortable. The mattress too hard. Very good at the apartment we found the location. We have visited almost all the tourist attractions on foot. Was also positive that the apartment was in a far clean condition.

The location of the apartment is really optimal and relatively quiet for Rome. (Opposite is a carpenter, but makes his shop only at 8 clock on, and the street cleaning machines roam the streets of Rome in the morning ;-) very reliable. Very convenient, you fall out of the apartment and is equal to the middle of it: 5 minutes to Campo dei Fiori, and a little bit longer to Piazza Navona. The apartment itself was really okay. But you should not be too critical, because it has some very Roman peculiarities. The upper floor is very nicely furnished with wooden beams, only the one room due to a low window unfortunately quite dark during the day. If you are due to bad weather but more times during the day at home, you have to stop turn the light on. The tub in the bathroom on the 1st Stock is unfortunately only very inadequately sealed so that water is flowing on the ground floor can sometimes have less. The beds are very comfortable, the sofa bed is nice and big. There were plenty of blankets, etc. since. We had reliable hot water, which, if you read other reviews, is not always self-evident. The kitchen is well equipped, and really nice, I found the large dining table where we were all cozy place. In addition to that the wireless was not working. Finally, a big thanks to Flavio, who gave us a warm welcome, and has above all been waiting in the apartment, even though we were actually early. All in all a great stay, we felt at home.

Somewhat mixed reviews ... - Strengths: accommodation in the heart of Rome, clean and well furnished in accordance with the description given on the website, bus and shops nearby. - Negative Points: big problem with the hot water tank (cold showers, water leaks even to a "flood" in the bathroom ...) Note that Flavio moved and however attempted to resolve the concern. On travel preparation, very unfavorable opinion Flavio did not respond to our messages about arrival procedures (meeting point for key board for buses to take ...), on the morning of OUR DAY OF ARRIVAL, without bothering to advise us! Despite the many messages the week before departure, we had to use a Wimdu advisor for a response from Flavio as it remained unreachable by email! Conclusion host not very concerned or willing to help tenants prepare for travel calmly, but remains still present once there and has a housing having a good quality / price ratio.

Back in Sweden after a couple of days in the beautiful city of Rome. We had a fantastic vacation and Flavio was a wonderful host. He made us feel welcome and was very serviceminded. Thank you so much for arranging transportation to the train station early on a sunday morning, it was very appreciated. The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary equipment you would need on a holiday like this! The location of the apartment is perfect, with walking distance to alomst all the important sightseeings. Would i travel with Wimdu again? Absolutely! Everything was handeld very professionally. And i am going to recommend friends and family to travel like this. Thanks again for a lovely holiday.
