Modern Apartment in Central in Berlin

Myself and a friend have just returned from a holiday in Berlin, where we stayed at this apartment for 5 days. It was exactly as you see in the photographs; nice and clean with all the home comforts you could want. The underground station Gneisenaustraße U-Bahn (Subway U7) is just 50 m from the property. There is also a little supermarket a few meters away selling everything you could want and a lovely bakery right on the corner of Mittenwalder Straße. We hired bikes (12 euro each for one day) from a hotel called ‘Johan’ about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. I would definitely recommend this apartment and will hopefully get a chance to go back in the future.

we are very unhappy. We were greeted by a housekeeper who directed us to another apartment that rented that suffered water damage. The apartment was less than bcp we chose: ground floor very dark, broken parts, lack of utensils, and we immediately seized Wimdu DE phone. Under these conditions, we would have liked to have dealt directly with the owner, but in 10 days on site we have ever seen! we left him a letter requesting a revision of prices.

Despite the kurzfirsitigen Wohnngswechsels inside the house (there was probably a Waser damage in the booked apartment), we were completely satisfied. Everything worked out great and we can recommend the apartment and the landlord only.

Everything worked out great. The apartment is very nice and clean, perfect for a city trip to Berlin. We have felt very comfortable.

Great studio apartment in a nice neighborhood. Within a few blocks of the market and neighborhood shopping. Check-in was a breeze. Very quiet. Nice modern furnishings. Very clean. Kitchen has everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Very handy to have access to a washing machine located in the bathroom. Easy access to U Bahn. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Super apartment, with perfect location and SO close to Metro system. Looked like everything was brand new - great place - we hope to stay again-

- Great location restaurants and shops near also bio - clean & complete - good shower - good bed ( a bit small) - minus; no wifi!!

Fantastic location right on the Bergmannstraße! Subway stop in at 2 minutes and yet peaceful backyard! Prima! The apartment is also equipped properly great (we had a total of only 2 towels too little). We felt very comfortable and it was clean enough so that we would come back.
