VERY NICE RESIDENCE IN CITY CENTER FAMILY SUITE

The roof terrace is great. The apartment is simple but it has everything you need. It is fast in the old town. For the price, super fine. Difficult is that no one except Ipek can English.

Apartment and location are great! Clean, neat, beautiful view from the terrace, 10 min. walk to Galata Tower and Taksim. The hosts are very pleasant!

We, three girls spent a week in early March of this property. The location of the apartment is excellent and Ipek very friendly and helpful. The lovely terrace makes you forget the deficiencies quickly. We would book this property definitely be back!

Advance: this price-performance ratio is right. Istanbul is expensive and this apartment is cheap! The pictures and description of the apartment does not really agree with reality. The bathroom is cruel, hard beds, the kitchen not well equipped. Super is the roof terrace with a great view. One can live well, but should not be dazzled by the beautiful pictures.

Great residence at a great place! The house was comfortable & clean and the roof terrace had a stunning view over Istanbul. Within a 5 minute walk you are in Taksim, with good bars, restaurants and shops. Ipek & her employees were friendly and helpfull. Already looking when we can go again!

The location is very central, just a five minute walk from the main shopping street of Istanbul, with many restaurants and shops. Moreover, one does not live in the touristy areas, but among locals (the Muhezin one can ever wake up at half past five in the morning), but it has never bothered us. We were four adults in the apartment and walked from the square well (luggage had to resort to the balcony). The roof terrace is absolutely outrageous, with expansive views and makes up for the very small bathroom guessed. Unfortunately, there was only one hot plate, so swing for the big spoon is the apartment is not suitable, but in the immediate vicinity of the apartment you can eat well. Ipek is very nice, helpful and fluent in English. We would definitely come back because the apartment from the price-quality ratio is unbeatable, but you should because the Muhezin and poorly insulated housing (you can hear every step by the tenant of the apartment above) should not be too sensitive learning.

Our stay was very nice and we enjoyed it very much. It is very close to good restaurants, bars and flagship fashion stores as well. The rooftop terrace has a stunning view over Istanbul. If you need something Ipek (speaks perfect English) or her employee (she speaks no word English) are there to help you within very short time (you can text her over WhatsApp using the free Wifi). The only drawback is that the pictures at wimdu are not perfectly matching the conditions at the place. The toilet is in the shower so you can just use either the toilet or the shower. The lamps at the night table can not be switched on because there is no power outlet.

Ansich the accommodation was fine. I would not call it luxury. Ipek was very nice and helpful with questions also. Little things like a shaky washbasin, toilet lid, or else should be able to ignore. Cooking you should not want or need. There is only a loose hotplate. The terrace does what promises. The view of Istanbul is sensational. PS: ask in advance whether the neighbor has his constantly barking dog chain finally shot.
