Authentic Apartment for 6 guests

Nice apartment, beautifully situated, if you sleep on the top floor you have to climb the necessary steps, but yes, that's the charm of a canal. Reasonably clean. Sufficient linen. The beds were made and it was very nice. All in all had a very pleasant stay: Amsterdam, canal and good company, what more could you want. Jacqueline

The apartment is fantastic and the location is great. Exactly what we were after. Clean and to a high spec. We were not bothered and left to do what we wanted. Massive balcony on the top floor and a good communal area with balcony coming off the kitchen (good for those who like to indulge in the finer things Amsterdam has to offer). The only issue we had was getting the coffee machine to work. We couldn't. But we did not seek help so it may just have been us. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

I can not imagine to stay at a better place if you plan to visit Amsterdam with a group of friends for a weekend. The appartment is located perfectly at Keizersgracht if you are not reluctant to take a 15 min walk. If you are, there is a tram station right in front of the door. Cleanliness is ok, not outstanding, but you will be compensated by a stunning view from the roof top. I would book the appartement again.

Just Cool!

We are 6 friends have spent 3 days in this apartment more than pleasant! Very spacious, bright, very well positioned in the channel, we could not ask for more! Key recovery was also very easy despite our late arrival, and Manuela always there to answer our questions! Small flat that has messed with our stay there: heating we played tricks on the last day ... Apartment but we strongly recommend more than those who want to enjoy Amsterdam!

Stay was very enjoyable and apartment well placed in town... but take ear plugs due to the tram track outside and lively bar next door! Well equipped and very comfortable accommodation.

The house is in a great central location. The key delivery went well. The beds were freshly made and towels were provided. State of cleanliness of the apartment was left but to wish otherwise.

The apartment is awesome because it is a very nice house and goes over 4 floors, including the roof terrace. It's a great location and you can do almost everything on foot. The seating, and the carpet are unfortunately somewhat dirty. There is in contrast to the high-quality Miele appliances no reasonable matching dishes available.

Optimal Location for a relaxed party weekend. Gorgeous wake to birdsong and look at the Herengracht. Many stairs in the house. Our stay, the road was closed due to construction. That's why it was so quiet, like in a small village :) apartment was clean and with style.

Very nice place. I would highly recommend. The roof top terrace was great! We will stay here again.
