Bright Apartment in Downtown

Small but there is everything, the bed of the master bedroom is very comfortable, clean and friendly but not very close to the metro within walking distance.

A very nice apartment, perfect for two (or three or even four) people. It's equipped with everything you will need, both in the kitchen, living room and bathroom. There's air conditioning, and the flat is very quiet. It's also located in an interesting area, with lots of restaurants and pubs nearby, and with quick communications into central Madrid. Fernando and his aunt are very helpful and dedicated to giving you a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

This is really a very pleasant apartment, very cozy, everything was there that we needed. It is ideal for two but I guess even three /four persons could have a relaxed time there. Fernando's aunt was extremely kind and gave us a warm welcome. The apartment is ideally situated, you can get everything in c/ Galileo which is also close to the centre, close to the very nice and vibrant Chueca district with its atmospüheric nightlife and c/ Fuencarral (for shopaholics). Would go to this place again without hesitating and can recommend the place without any objections!

Excellent accommodation that facilitates your stay and visit to the city of Madrid. The house is clean and complete with all the comforts possible. The owner is very attentive to the requests and responds, always quickly.

Excellent apartment in Madrid about 5 minute walk from the Metro station. Great facilities (bed, air conditioning, sofa, tv, dvd player) and sound proof. We parked our car for free at a Metro Station called Sierra de Guadalupe. Before we parked there, we emptied the entire car, because it's suppose to be unsafe to park your car at a Metro station. Our car was still perfect at the end of our stay.

Fabulous apartment, we loved all of it: very comfortable, tastefully decorated and all details, quiet, cozy, air-conditioned and completely refurbished. Historic building in a great area, just minutes walk from the center. Pilar, the hostess, was lovely with us. Actually, we felt at home. Troglodyte dwelling.

Totally recommended. A housing did not lack detail. Very comfortable, very clean, very convenient .... The hosts could not be more attentive. !! Back!!.
