Small room but everything clean ... ok ...

Very good bed, clean and everything you need to kitchenware to make. Meals Supermarkets within walking distance in the same street. Bus stop at the door with direct access to downtown and metro stations. Friendly, helpful host. Coffee bars and well English breakfast 100 meters away. Easy location, super clean and a great price-performance range

We got a delightful experience staying at Ivanilda's place. It is absolutely the same as the pictures on wimdu's webpage. Good place at good price.

The apartment is very centrally located. The bus stop is right outside the front door and it runs every 5-10 minutes a bus towards the center. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The room and bathroom were clean. The windows are not the latest. Who is very sensitive to noise should take in any case earplugs. The key delivery went smoothly and we were very friendly. Overall, we find that this offer in the price-quality ratio is unbeatable and would not hesitate to go back. Those who are content with a simple accommodation, this can Ange bid book in any case. The room is quite small, but quite adequate for a few days in London. It is nicely decorated - especially the curtain was stylish. In the whole house is hardwood floors (which is much better than carpet), the bathrooms are tiled. There are two small bathrooms - one with sink and toilet, one with sink and shower (sour and new - no mold or the like). The walls are fairly freshly painted, so that the overall impression of the apartment is renovated and well maintained. All in all, my girlfriend and I spent 5 wonderful days and 4 nights in London and are comfortable with the price-performance ratio of the apartment extremely satisfied. Happy again ;-)

So positive about the stay was that we were really very central. Also clean it was everywhere. Ivanilda we have not even seen, but all sorts of other strange men. Sun one who has given us the key and then also with the one we spoke on the phone and then another one who had come to a halt. Our neighbors, the key was broken, resulting in less zutan so that they were as aggressive, but rather so that the quality was bad. This allowed you to open the bedroom window either right or close, they were not isolated and moldy. It looked good in the apartment, but only at first glance. And the staircase was really a horror, it was just bare concrete eunfach and do dirty. While I'm still young and have little money I would come back. Positive: well located(zone1-2) , clean , tv, bus stop in front of the house, 15 minute walk to aldgate east underground., flat is cleaned 4 or 5 times a week., fridge in room, nice people, supermarket close to flat (5minute walk), people in house are quiet , warm, easy check in and out Negative: road outside is very large and loud, you should bring something like ohropax. Windows are not well isolated and a bit dirty, dishes above all forks , knives etc are not always clean, never met ivanilda To sum up it was a great place to stay , but mind that you will live with other guests so you have to share bathroom and kitchen. The bedroom was a bit small but.I guess the other ones are much bigger so next time I would choose a different one for a couple. But perfect for a single person . Thank you very much

Great location , beautifully clean house with a very attentive host.The flat is a short walk from the bus stop, going towards east or central London. Their are plenty of shops and local amenities within the area , e.g tesco and sanisbury's. Will definitely be staying again on my next visit thank you !!
