In the heart of Madrid, Gran Via, Chueca

The apartment is spacious and well furnished, with good natural illumination thanks to its two lovely balconies. The bathroom is quite large and spotless. The kitchen is slightly narrow, but efficiently equipped. The major point is its location in the very heart of Madrid: only a few steps – literally – from the Gran Via. And on top of that Sergio is a exquisite host: kind, easygoing and professional.

The apartment is nice and centrally located, we were 5, and then we were a little tight. Sergio is very friendly and helpul. We had a fantastic holiday!!

Sergio seemed like a lovely person, the floor very well located and with everything we needed. The only thing it did get a bit heavy are the stairs, but still worth it.

Sergio is a very nice, friendly and attentive host as evidenced by the equipment of the apartment perfectly suited for two people. We lacked nothing. We also enjoyed the proximity to the metro station Lavapiés.et more generally lively neighborhood.
