Disturbance:
Please make your conversations, music playing and all other activities always in low volume and inside the rooms. Please refrain entirely from conversations in a group or on the phone in front of the room after 10 pm. If you leave the room late, we ask you to be quiet in front of the house, and in the courtyard.
Leaving the room:
At check out:
-All windows must be closed
-The water must be turned off everwhere
-The refrigerator and the freezer is closed
-The hot plates and dishwasher are off
-The lights are out
-Leave the key of the room back in the room
Parking:
Please pay attention to all banning street signs and limited parking zones when you park your car.
Fire protection:
If you handle open fire (candles, cigarettes, cigars, etc.), proceed with due caution. Do not empty hot ashes in the garbage can.
Hygiene and cleanliness:
Please dispose all trash in the provided garbage cans and containers in the room.
Claims:
Please inform us about all damage and disruption of the functions or facilities in the room by the telephone hotline. Disruptions which can lead to resulting damages are to be reported immediately.
