Spectacular View over Vienna

Great apartment & terrace, great city, great weather. The access to city center was excellent - we loved tram line 1. The groceries nearby were good, especially the one that sells organic products.

Harald's apartment is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of public transport to the center of Vienna. The apartment has a beautiful balcony! In short, highly recommended and definitely worth repeating!

Just stay and close to metro and city. Pretty fascinating, beautiful city of Vienna also.

Beautiful top floor apartment with a sunny peripheral eastern and south-facing balcony, perfect connection by public transport from the center, yet quiet. Billa supermarket nearby.

I would like to evaluate the booked and paid penthouse apartment, if I had come to enjoy, the fact to wohnen.10 days before arrival I was informed by the owner by e-mail, that unfortunately is overbooked (?) Has taken place and it I offer a chic alternative apartment könnte.Wohl or not I agreed to his suggestion and not canceled, as in June, of course, the short-term renting another apartment in Vienna looking for a needle in a haystack to purchase. On arrival I was able to obtain alternative accommodation only by 18 clock (!). After the owner had me 10 € extra (!) Decreased for linen / towels, he was gone again. Unfortunately, the apartment (with quite a behafter defects (mold in the hallway, clogged sinks, trampoline bed), not to mention the fact that I have a 25 sqm apartment had the same price as for allegedly paying 82 sqm-large Penthousewohung plus a 10 € surcharge). Whether such a demeanor must be regarded as fraud, should any self beurteilen.Ich the landlord can certainly recommend not more fully and give it a single star in the overall assessment.
