The property is owned by a prominent South African photographer, and it oozes style and class throughout, from the tasteful art on the walls (primarily the owner’s own work) through to the thoughtful details.

The main living area is the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen with an adjoining balcony.

The lounge is large, and has plenty of relaxing space on its sleek leather couches. It looks out directly onto the Atlantic and Robben Island beyond. It has a large plasma screen television and a full suite of close to 100 satellite channels.

The kitchen is fully appointed for your everyday needs.

The kitchen opens up onto the balcony via fully stackable concertina doors, so on a warm summer’s night you feel as though you are on a boat cooking with the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks, and the smell of the sea in the room.

The bedrooms are both located at the back of the apartment. Both have ample cupboard space, and both are tastefully furnished and have beautiful photographs adorning the walls.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a fully separate shower. The second bedroom has a fully separate bathroom which also doubles as the guest toilet.

The balcony is generous, and the perfect spot to unwind for a few hours. The apartment looks directly onto Cape Town harbour’s primary shipping lane, so you can unwind for a hours watching as the ships from every corner of the globe sail into and out of the harbour.

The apartment is a combination of contemporary and tasteful design, a fantastic location and fantastic value; a perfect base for your Cape Town vacation.

House rules

Please note that we require 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of confirming your reservation. This is done as we start to turn away other potential guests to ensure availability for your requested dates.

The balance of your accommodation is due 30 days prior to your arrival and becomes non-refundable at this time.

We suggest that guests purchase sufficient travel insurance to cover your expenses in the event that you need to change or cancel your reservation.

This policy is strictly enforced and by proceeding with the reservation, you hereby accept these terms.

HOUSE MANUAL:

Standard check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 on the day of arrival.

Check out time is by 10h00 on the day of departure.

We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you would like to guarantee an early arrival or a late departure an additional half day’s rental must be charged per occurrence (as we block the property for the preceding or following night). If you have any special requests please contact us.

We have an early or late check in fee of R 300 for arrivals between 19h00 and 07h00. This fee should be settled directly with the consultant on arrival, but if this is not suitable we can invoice you for it.

Guests are required to provide their credit card details upon arrival in the event of any damages in excess of R 200.
