Very nice, bright, spacious, modern Wohg. upstairs. 2 large bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchenette, spacious BATHROOM + WC. Very good location. It was all to the complete satisfaction.

Very nice apartment on the ground floor! Modern decor, NEW bathroom, kitchen very well equipped, small terrace located on-site parking - but not what I was beautiful. Excellent LOCATION! Suitable for 3 persons. Please note: There is a flat-SMOKING Wohng. - This one smells.

The room itself was clean and well equipped as described. However, there was in the bathroom for a limited time hot water, which we were not advised. Furthermore the bathroom was down the hall and looked more like a storage room than a bathroom. However, an absolute no-go was that the landlord just came into our room without us were present and opened the window is an absolute transgression. All in all I would not recommend this property!

great location: quiet, 5 minutes walk to the center / beach and harbor, place and equipment of the apartment completely OK; Contact straightforward and very enjoyable -> round to recommend!

Re. App. # 25: very good central location, short walk to Zentrum.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in close by.The establishment of the apartment is located in a very old-fashioned and unkempt state. The cleanliness left much to be desired. The use of balcony furniture was not reasons of hygiene möglich.Vorschlag: Renovation strongly recommended.
