Long Island City 1 Bedroom House

The location is really great. You are right down town and the district itself is good. The apartment is good and you do not. Misses the kitchen Jeffrey helps you good and the arrival and departure is properly regulated.

The apartment is very well located (in a quiet neighborhood near the subway). It is as shown in the pictures. More Jeffrey is a very welcoming host. I recommend!

We v stayed 5 days at the app at ist was great. Jeffrey is a nice guy who is taking care of you. Only 3 min walk to the 7 Train and 7 to E Train to reach Times Square in 10 min!!! We would come next time again to Jeffrey if we visit New York! I can really recommend this appartment!

We really enjoyed our stay in Jeffrey's accommodation. It's a nice and convenient place, very well located. Within 100m you are in Courts Square subway station and from their within 10 minutes in Manhattan or within a hour at JFK airport. No cab needed. Space enough in the room. Nice and clean. Jeffrey is a friendly person and very helpful in case something is required. Have a chat with him about his background and his art gallery. Very interesting and inspiring.

Jeffrey is really very nice. He takes good care of his guests and his apartment is absolutely beautiful and very well located. We spend a great time.

Jeffrey is a very friendly person, when we arrived we had on the table several flyers with location of the very famous places to visit without forgetting a Map listing all the restaurants & supermarkets & metro stops close to the flat. Regarding the location of the appartement, it is difficult to do better, 3 stops from grand central, 3 lines available to Reach Brooklyn, Manhattan and even a taxi boat (10 minutes of walk) to go direct ly to lower Manhattan and take the boat for ellis Island & the Liberty statue. Do not hesitate to book!!!

The apartment was very nice, comfortable and warm. Very close to the metro station in less than 10 minutes door to Manhattan. The area is rich in supermarkets and restaurants. I would recommend it to anyone visiting New York.

We can only agree with the opinion. Price performance was great! Jeffrey is a nice guy, we had the misfortune to be straight in the storm "Sandy" to do so. Unfortunately, our flight was back but we could not free a few more days to stay home with him. He was super helpful. Thank you!

PERFECT location. We loved Long Island City, great neighborhood!!!. Nice and comfortable apartment, steps from subway, near restaurants and stores, 5pointz, moma ps1. So many things to see.
