The apartment is very quiet in the Prenzlauer Berg Prenzlauer Allee S-Bahn station and has excellent transport links into the city. Just around the corner there is a bakery and supermarkets. The Helmholtz and Kollwitzplatz with its numerous restaurants, cafes and small stores for shopping are within easy reach. In the park next door, there is an indoor pool with sauna. Description of the apartment
The tastefully furnished Non smoking apartment (37 sqm) located in the 3rd Floor (with lift) of a typical Berlin old building. Since the apartment is located in the backyard, it is very quiet despite the downtown location. It is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a cozy sitting area with 2 chairs and table, small dining table and a wardrobe with drawers. For your entertainment there is a stereo system and a 19-inch flat-screen TV with integrated DVD Player. There is also a small balcony with seating for 2 people with a view to the courtyard (in this case can be smoked).
The room adjacent to the kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, kettle and stove. In the bathroom you will find the heated towel rail an iron and a hairdryer.
Pets are not allowed.
