2. Cook what you like, just make sure induction plates do not get
stained. Clean them up only once plates get cold,

3. You can choose flat temperature, switching radiators
from 0 (off) to 5 (maximum heating).
4. Smoking is not allowed. (only in the balcony)
5. Make sure all windows are close every time you leave the flat.
In case of rain, serious damages can be caused.
6. Please respect neighbours. Parties are not allowed.
7. It´s not allowed to download movies (films) music from internet...in Germany there are very strict rules!!!

The apartment - Roomy and very cosy space with high ceilings. All the rooms are in good condition and the interior is modern. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and four cooking plates. There is not a great selection of kitchen utensils to choose from however.

The location - If you are in Berlin to experience the relaxed and youthful side of the city, this place is right for you! The surrounding neighborhood is literally full of small bars and restaurants. Berlins most famous techno party Berghain is only 15 minutes away by foot. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn departing from nearby Warschauer straße will take you anywhere you want to go.

Beste mensen,
We hebben een aantal opmerkingen mbt het Lichtgevende en Moderne appartement FriedrichsHain Berlijn. De accommodatie was niet heel schoon en stoffig.Verder had de douche bij het bad geen ophanghaak waardoor je niet onder de douche kon staan.Erg onhandig met haren wassen. De wc bril zat los, een koffiezetapparaat was er niet dus hebben we maar een filterhouder gekocht, zodat we toch een kopje koffie konden zetten. Ook het parkeren voor de deur was geen succes. Er was niets gecomuniceerd over het betaald parkeren, waardoor we gelijk dezelfde dag al een boete van Euro 10,- hadden. We hebben de auto daarna maar geparkeerd in een deel van Berlijn waar je wel vrij kon parkeren, in de buurt van de Magdalena Strasse. Een flink eind uit de buurt. Het was al met al dus niet wat ervan verwacht hadden. Jammer maar we willen het wel gemeld hebben voor eventuele volgende huurders. Graag ontvangen wij een reactie van jullie.

Super schönes Appartment und sehr zentral gelegen. Man erreicht tolle Bars und Restaurants super zu Fuß und ansonsten kurze Wege zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an mehr als wohl gefühlt und hatten super tolle Tage in Berlin. Wir würde jedoch davon abraten das Auto direkt vor dem Appartment zu parken.
