Cozy and nice flat in Piazza Navona

Somewhat mixed reviews ... - Strengths: accommodation in the heart of Rome, clean and well furnished in accordance with the description given on the website, bus and shops nearby. - Negative Points: big problem with the hot water tank (cold showers, water leaks even to a "flood" in the bathroom ...) Note that Flavio moved and however attempted to resolve the concern. On travel preparation, very unfavorable opinion Flavio did not respond to our messages about arrival procedures (meeting point for key board for buses to take ...), on the morning of OUR DAY OF ARRIVAL, without bothering to advise us! Despite the many messages the week before departure, we had to use a Wimdu advisor for a response from Flavio as it remained unreachable by email! Conclusion host not very concerned or willing to help tenants prepare for travel calmly, but remains still present once there and has a housing having a good quality / price ratio.

Back in Sweden after a couple of days in the beautiful city of Rome. We had a fantastic vacation and Flavio was a wonderful host. He made us feel welcome and was very serviceminded. Thank you so much for arranging transportation to the train station early on a sunday morning, it was very appreciated. The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary equipment you would need on a holiday like this! The location of the apartment is perfect, with walking distance to alomst all the important sightseeings. Would i travel with Wimdu again? Absolutely! Everything was handeld very professionally. And i am going to recommend friends and family to travel like this. Thanks again for a lovely holiday.

Appartment was clean and Flavio was at good host. Great location!

The place is great! All within walking distance, nice quiet street and all amenities at hand. The apartment is small, not a problem because this location reimbursed much. Ventilation is however limited, at night we did the only window in the apartment, which opens directly onto the street, would rather not open to four persons in this room is what stuffy. The apartment, blankets, comforters and sheets were not too clean, but complete. In addition to missing all four seats most nuts which the sessions were loose on legs and 'relaxed' sit was not possible, the host, we had to know in advance that we would be present at 16.00 but got no response. When we were at the door this time the host was not reached at the telephone number provided, after half an hour he responded well, when it took almost an hour before he arrived and when it appeared that the apartment had to be. Yet cleaned Meanwhile we were rained pretty wet ... Unfortunately the promised free WiFi (which we include this apartment selected) do not like the PC, after asking the host would something be done but we have not noticed.

Apartment very well located and very quiet, comfort quite noticeable, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Two caveats: Flavio we waited an hour when we arrived ... and coffee from the apartment. is really tiny! A good place, definitely.

Unfortunately, no good review! To start with the name: the apartment is certainly not elegant but actually very simple and it's not and not even close to Piazza Navona. In that square is definitely walk fifteen minutes. But more important is the design and condition. The kitchen was not clean and there were old food in the cupboard and fridge. No towel or other cleaning cloth. No hot water in the bathroom moderate, because the boiler was much like the faucet of the shower. Moreover, there was soon a layer of water on the floor. Somewhere leaked something. Mediocre service. First Flavio pretended there was nothing wrong. After we had called, the next day he admitted that something was broken and we were - the last night! - Showering in an apartment around the corner. The promised wifi did not Internet, despite the promise of Flavio to the provider contacts. Finally, the general decor. In an old room has a high ceiling down to the living room + air down and the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. So cool it down and warm up and oxygen, because the only window must remain closed because of the street noise. Overall a very mediocre stay. Actually, we should ask for missed holiday delight, especially by the lack of hot water & shower a refund.

Lovely week in Rome. When we arrived at the apartment stood Flavio and waiting for us. We received a clean and tidy apartment. We were instructed how it all worked. The apartment is on two floors. Good double bed on top and a sofa bed on the ground floor. It is open between the two levels. The stairs in the apartment may feel a little uncomfortable to walk on. It can be a little difficult to get up in the shower. Not much noise from the street.

All right-Flavio has us well supplied!
