As the website allows us to display only one type of bed, please note that the unit contains one queen-size real bed in the main bedroom, one queen-size real bed in the second bedroom, 2 single beds in the small bedroom, and two double pull-out sofas in lounge.

The promotional low daily rates vary from $105 to $300, depending on which season.

They include parking, but exclude meals, daily servicing, heating (optional extra $5p.d. per heater) & refundable Damage/Security Deposit ($100) payable to the host.

They apply for a stay of minimum 5 nights. Shorter stays are subject to surcharge on daily rate. (Surch. for only 4 nights = +10%, 3 nights = +20%, 2 nights = +30%, 1 night = +40%)

Notwithstanding the Wimdu default clause reading “Extra people:$43/night after 3 guests” elsewhere on this listing, it is hereby superceded by the following policy : The promotional low daily rates include for 2 adults & 2 children under 13 or 3 adults, thereafter surcharge applies on daily rate. The unit is self-servicing, i.e. it is not serviced daily by us. Cleaning & new towels/linen is done by us before check-in & after check-out only.

Check-in (getting keys & directions to whichever building you have chosen to stay at), is from 4pm (or earlier if possible, depending on whether previous guests are departing from your unit on the morning of your arrival day) at our main Reception office at The Centurion All-Suite Hotel in Sea Point (close to our other buildings), irrespective of which building you have booked to stay at. Check-out is up to 10am (or later if possible, depending on whether other guests are checking into your unit on your departure day).

Checking out is very convenient for you and us, as it simply involves you leaving the key/remote etc. in the apartment and shutting the front door.

Directions for checking in (getting keys & directions to whichever building you have chosen to stay at) : From N1 or N2 national roads or from airport to our main Reception office address (Nr 1 Frere Road, Sea Point) at The Centurion All-Suite HotelTM, corner of Main Rd & Frere Rd (above "KFC", in same block as “Clicks” & "Pick 'n Pay", on same corner as "Cafe Sofia"), Sea Point, Cape Town :

Follow national road signs to "Cape Town". As soon as you enter Cape Town, follow road signs to "Sea Point". When you see the ocean on your right, you will be on Beach Rd, from which you turn left into Rocklands Road, straight across Main Rd into Frere Rd past "Cafe Sofia" on the left-hand corner and drive into the first driveway on your right.

Please come to the main external reception which is on the short passage between the pavement and the tower of the building, not inside the tower, and check in only with Vassi or his assistant Vicky.

Buonisima solution for 6 people in the city center side street of the main street with shops and restaurants, parking very useful. Doorman and elevator. Inside more than comfortable with a bathroom for each bedroom and large living room. Wall with fully equipped kitchen. Excellent value for money.

Nach den tollen Bewertungen im Internet dachten wir ein in der falschen Wohnung gelandet. Die Ausstattung war für unser Empfinden dürftig. Nur ein Handtuch für drei Tage! Kein Badetuch für den "Pool". In der Nacht schlugen ständig irgendwelche Türen und morgens kann man ab 5:45 Uhr nicht mehr schlafen, weil der Markt aufgebaut wird. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster. Man muss deshalb die Türe auflassen und ebenso die Balkontür, wodurch es entsprechend laut ist. Die Betten in diesem Schlafraum waren miserabel. Sie knarrten so laut, dass man jedes Mal aufwachte, wenn sich einer umgedreht hat, außerdem waren sie total durchgelegen. In der zweiten Nacht stellten wir die Gestelle auf den Flur und schliefen auf dem Boden. Die Toilette in diesem Schlafraum konnte man nachts nicht benutzen, da beim Nachlaufen des Wassers der Krach alle aufgeweckt hätte.
Wir können diese Wohnung niemand empfehlen und würden sie auch nicht wieder buchen.- Auch die Einführung für die Wohnung war dürftig. Man hatte uns nur in einem Schnelldurchgang auf dem Computer etwas gezeigt. Wir bekamen auch keinen Stadtplan ausgehändigt.

Bei unsere Anreisen wurde uns sehr geholfen da wir leider kein Englisch Sprechen!

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und sehr Sauber die lage der Wohnung ist
hervoragend man hat einen guten Ausblick auf den Tafelberg.
In der Umliegenden Umgebung sind Caffes,Resturans und Bar`s anzutreffen
man hat also die Qual der Wahl.Zur Waterfront ist es auch nicht weit und man kann diese zu Fuss erreichen dies ist überhaubt kein Problem.
Der angrenzente Marktplatz an der Wohnung geht direkt in der Früh mit dem Aufbau los hier ist mit ein wenig Lärm zu rechnen, hat mir jetzt aber weniger ausgemacht.
Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt,hat uns sehr viel Spass gemacht!

Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung in der City. 24h ist jemand am Eingang des Hauses und achtet auf Ordnung.
Man kann sich gut in der Umgebung bewegen, es ist auch überall Public Safety!

Table Mountain View Modern 2 Bdrm Apartment

Die Unterkunft in Kapstadt ist super! Sauber, sehr zentral. Direkt am Marktplatz wo täglich Afrikanisches Handwerk verkauft wird. Am Abend ein Glas Wein auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf den Tafelberg, ein Traum. Die Longstreet um die Ecke, da kann man gut essen gehen, nicht so teuer, wie die Waterfront. Sehr schön auch der Parkplatz im angrenzendem Parkhaus mit direkt zugang zur Wohnung. Schwimmen im Pool auf dem Dach mit Blick auf den Tafelberg, großartig! Im Winter ist es aber zu kalt zum schwimmen. Das Haus ist komplett bewacht. Aber eigendlich ist das in Kapstadt nicht so schlimm, man muss ja abends nicht allein spazieren gehen. Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern da, alles Top. War sehr schön!

Table Mountain View Modern 1Bdrm Greenmarket Place City Centre

We had a great stay at this apartment, and would certainly stay here again. A breakdown of the pros and cons:


- Booking was easy and communication from the owner was always quick.

- The price was great!

- The location was great. View of Table Mountain and right off of Long Street, close to restaurants and laundry, everything you could want or need.

- The apartment included all of the appliances you could need, as well as wifi which came in very handy.

- We felt very secure, between the front desk security and having to use a key fob to get on to our floor.


- When we arrived to pick up the keys nobody was there to meet us, even though we had sent our arrival details. Apparently an emergency came up, but it was inconvenient for us to have our cab driver wait the extra 20 minutes with us, and it cost us 100 rand more because we obviously had to give him a good tip for the extra time and wait.

- There is a window in the bedroom that opens to the hallway, where the light is always on, so the bedroom is never dark. Luckily we had something to hang over to help, but hopefully some blinds or something will get put over the window to help keep the light out.

- The toilet makes the most awful noise when you flush it, loud enough to wake up anybody that may still be sleeping, unfortunately.

- I had read that there is noise from the market, but didn't realize that it starts at 6:30 every morning, lasting until 9 or so, and it's not just voices, but clanging of metal as they set up their stands. It is quite loud and woke me every morning unfortunately.

Overall I feel that is was great value and like I said, we would stay here again.
