House rules

Check in and check out have to be agreed. For the keys you have to give a deposit of 50 Euro, which you will receive back at the end of your stay, when you give back the keys.

After 9 pm it is not allowed to make noise or to disturb the neighbours.
Please keep the appartment proper. No smoking.

Maximum stay is two weeks.

The flat is very nice for two people. It is clean and the bathroom is new. It is a little bit far away from the city center but just along the main street next to the flat's one runs a tram that connects the neigbourhood with the Museum Quartier and its frequency is every 10min, even late in the evening, so that is not a big deal. Paul was very nice a punctual both on the day of the arriving and when we left the flat.

The apartment is small but very cute, very well equipped, clean and extremely quiet. We enjoyed our host, Paul, very helpful and very nice. I recommend this apartment without hesitation.

It was a surprise to stay so calm in the middle of Vienna in a nice cozy apartment. It was all taken care of and we felt right at home. Anywhere close to and even walking to Schönbrun. The host is very sympathetic. If we go back to Vienna we know a very nice place.
