Great spacious apartment Near Paris

We had a wonderful stay in Paris. Foremost we had a beautiful apartment with all comfort, a save parking and at reasonable distance to public transport (10 min walk, 30 min to centre by sub). Special thanks to Karl for his hospitality, flexibility and information. Regards, John-Marja-Steef-Meike

Beautiful, modern, clean apartment. 10 minute walk to shops and Metro. Suitable for a family of four. Karl was a very helpful host, so we knew how to find shops, metro and when to visit the Louvre. Loved watching the local rugby match from the balcony overlooking the field.

Great apartment and great host! Not so sure of the area it was in but can't really complain as everything else was great! About 15min walk to the metro and bus station which isn't bad. I strongly recommend this place!

Nice, modern, roomy and very quiet apartment in a northern suburb of Paris. Large sunny balcony overlooking the Rugby stadium. Walking to the tube station you pass a slightly shabby but useful shopping mall. New apartment buildings are under construction, improving the area. The tube to town centre takes about 35 min.

The apartment is as described by the predecessors already a Parisbescuh highly recommended. We share all the previous comments. Very nice. We will gladly return.

It is a wonderfull appartment with everything you need and more. Karl ist very friendly and give you help in everything. So everything was quiet perfect.

Luxurious, spacious and clean apartment in the outskirts of Paris. Karl, the host, lives with his girlfriend when he rents the apartment. He speaks good English and is friendly and helpful. explains much about all his gadgets in the home. However, the request shoes off in the apartment. The bar stools at the bar too low making eating difficult going. There is no further dining table. Everything else is well cared for. Payment of the deposit and the contribution to the parking in the basement are not empty slogans and must be respected. Walking from the apartment is the subway station Bobigny PabloPacasso in 5-10 minutes. This is the beginning or end station of metro line 5 (in zone 3). Heart of Paris is so easily accessible. What you obviously miss the atmosphere of the Parisian town but on the other hand, you can park your car safe, you luxurious and spacious apartment occupies and that you are so out of the city via the Periph.

We arrived in Paris after a long flight from Australia and were warmly welcomed by Karl who is a very friendly person. We were 4 adults and a 5 year old child and we found the apartment to be spacious, very nicely furnished, very well equipped and close to the train and supermarket. Karl's advice on how to get around Paris and what to see was very helpful. We had a wonderful time in Paris and would definitely stay with Karl again.
