This apartment is quite comfortable, but rather small However, its location is fantastic: 5 minutes walking and you are in Central Park, or a bit longer to some of the fabulous museums of Manhattan. Sue is a very nice and really helpful, friendly person. In her small but nice apartment, we had a wonderful stay. The location is unbeatable. Located right on Central Park. The main shopping streets with the corresponding landmarks - the Empire State Building, MOMA, Rockefeller Center, etc. - are reachable on foot bar. The apartment is nice and clean and the little things of eating and drinking that Sue had prepared for us, we gladly accepted. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back. Thank you Sue!

It's hard to believe our NY trip is all over! Sue and our stay at her apartment were a big part in making our NY experience as fabulous as it was. The apartment is in a great location and is exactly as the pictures show- warm and a home away from home. We had a wonderful stay in Sue's apartment. Sue is an excellent host. She is so helpfull and she gave us a lot of inspiration to our week-long stay in New York City: modern dance, breakfast in the near by Central Prak etc. The apartment was exactly as we wanted it to be: clean and well working and we were welcomed by fresh fruit, chocolate and wine. We give Sue and her apartment all our best recomandations. We will definitely stay in Sue's place the next time we come to NYC.

Sue's place blew us away! Not only is her location incredible, Sue herself is an amazingly helpful and hospitable host. Her place is quite romantic with the tasteful decor and fruit and wine left for guests. Having an elevator in the building is a big plus. Sue is very sweet and easy to make arrangements with and she even left us with a little good-bye gift :) This was a great trip and I heartily recommend this place for visitors!

We had a great stay in the apartment of sweats very cozy and very cute one feels any sequence has lese. The bathroom is functional and pleasant to live the room ideal for a couple ... sue is full of delicate attention as there are no more today thank you again.

This cozy and comfortable apartment offers an ideal location, a wonderful base for a stay in NYC with its interesting variety. Small but beautiful, one could describe this apartment. It is clean and well maintained, we were greeted warmly. The location is ideal, the house and the quiet night's rest is given. We can only recommend this.
