The area is quite, very safe, peaceful and close to the city center, the city fair, and to the area of "Fuori Salone", where every year thousands of people celebrate the design week till late at night, visiting installations, partecipating to parties and getting fun.

Really well served by pubblic transportation. The closest subway station is Wagner on Red Line( 5 min by walk ): the Duomo Cathedral and Via Montenapoleone (the fashion district) are 6 stops away ( 10 mins).
You can reach MilanoCity Fair walking (10 mins) or with 1 stop of metro red Line; the new Fair District of Rho is few stops away (aprox 15 minutes -Salone del Mobile, design fairs and all the major events of the fair business).
