Description
The apartment is located on via internal Gabriel Chiabrera 39 3 (1 floor) with the San Paolo underground station less than 300 meters far (see the road map and satellite map). The interior has recently been completely renovated and in this situation, great attention has been paid to the choice of materials and furnishings in order to get a warm and comfortable. The restaurant also has an area of 40 square meters and consists of a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a sitting area with sofa bed and wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A small balcony overlooks also a communal garden on the side and the street Chiabrera. The tranquility is guaranteed by the fact that on Chiabrera is a local road and therefore not affected by heavy traffic flows that characterize other parts of the city, and because the apartment is located directly on the street.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons. The system is central heating and hot water production for sanitary / kitchen is self contained.
The area crossed by the Via Chiabrera is filled with shops of all kinds, including a department store and clothing stores, a supermarket, restaurants, cafes, bars, bakers, greengrocers, newsagents, a cinema, two banks.
