Prinzipiell eine schöne Altbauwohnung in schöner Nachbarschaft. Die Ausstattung ist für den Preis jedoch minderwertig. Die Dielen knarren. Die Tür zum Bad lässt sich nur schwer verschließen. Das Schlimmste ist jedoch die Straßenbahn, die direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer um eine Kurve fährt und dabei enormen Krach und Vibrationen verursacht. Die Bahn fährt die komplette Nacht durch. Zudem wird dort momentan gebaut.

Leider völlig inakzeptabel a.) Anzahl der Schlafzimmer wurde mit 3 angegeben, es gab aber nur 1 - das 2. Schlafzimmer war nur ein durchgangszimmer, das 3. Schlafzimmer. War gleichzeitig das Wohnzimmer b.) die Wohnung war sehr schmutzig c.) unterhalb der Wohnung befand sich eine sehr laute Baustelle,die bereits lange besteht und noch länger bestehen wird, außerdem fährt die s-Bahn direkt mehrfach in der Stund-auch nachts-an der Wohnung vorbei somit schlaf nicht denkbar

The apartment was EXCELLENT, very spacious and comfortable, it made us feel like home. It is located at a neighbourhood full of young people and interesting restaurants and shops, close to the city center also by walking (20-25 minutes to Alexanderplatz). The owner, Colette, was really nice and helpful and she gave us a warm welcome: overall, it has been a wonderful experience for us. The only point against is the tram, which passes just below the balconies and it gets incredibly noisy even at late hours at night, sometimes the walls shook! But if you are staying just for a few days, you get used to it, especially after a whole day visiting tourists attractions. Thanks for everything!
