Elegant Room in Venice by San Marco

We had a wonderful time in Venice, specially due to the care of Eleonora and her husband. A very attentive couple, who welcomed us, even when we arrived late in the evening! We were so pleasantly surprised by the exceptionnally beautiful room in 18th century style. It was so much nicer than we had imagined. The bathroom in marmer exceeded all expectations! We had a lovely breakfast with fresh fruits, every morning. It is so pleasant to stay in Venice itself, it saves having to take public transport every day. We can higly recommend it to everyone! Grazie Eleonora! Love to come back some time!

Holiday room is located in an old Palazo, something morbid, but with lots of charm. The hosts are very friendly and bemüht.Es could be a bit better prepared and cleaned up. The cooking stove in the existing cabinet has not been good for cooking, but there was a large fridge. The road, away from the noisy tourist flow very bourgeois, Venetian with very good restaurants and nice cafes. Within walking distance to the train station and bus station. We would not hesitate to ask again where to stay.

The location is great for exploring Venice. Quiet and centrally located, just steps to water bus station. We were very warmly welcomed. The entrance of the house, the staircase is very in need of renovation. The entrance to the apartment is on the 1st Stock. Upon entering you get into the common room of the landlord. A vast chaos and confusion, hardly describable. Our large and spacious room meets the Wimdu images. However, huge white wall cabinets are beautiful in disfiguring the room. The small kitchen cabinet we did not use practical. The bathroom without a window with a huge mirror is not too big but comfortable and practically furnished. At breakfast, a morning tea trolley is stopped at the appointed time at the door. Fruit, hard boiled eggs, toast, packed jams and butter, yogurt. Taste and atmosphere at the small "kitchen table" not a true delight.

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment in Venice that matches the description. Beautiful very spacious and well decorated. Very comfortable bedding, kitchen small but ample, clean bathroom. The area is picturesque, quiet and close to everything. Eleonora was very well received us, she speaks a little French and is good advice.

The apartment at Elenora was nicely decorated and very neat. We got a small car every morning with breakfast in our room. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly, but unfortunately we can not confirm that they speak neither German nor English, but they are very hard to then communicate with hands and feet. Rather larger one drawback was standing at no bell Elenora and unfortunately we did not know where we had to ring the bell. Who then called to the phone.

The room is just nice, big enough and with a beautiful ceiling. But a bit dusty. In the room is also stuff of the owners. The bathroom is clean, it is a pity the hot water takes a long time to flow. The owners are an older pair and they try to comfort you.

We stayed over New Year's Eve in one of the rooms offered by Eleonora and I must say that we were totally satisfied! The location is great, 10 minutes walk from the station of Saint Lucia. A few steps from the vaporetto stop, you can also reach Piazza San Marco with a walk of half an hour .. The room was nothing short of fabulous, perfectly reflected the photos available on the site. Not to mention the hospitality: no problem, in fact, they were very helpful and caring! Will definately be back ....

Exactly what we were looking for - a romantic and authentic but affordable appartment right in the middle of de old Venice department Cannaregio, overviewing de Cannaregio canal. During the "aqua alta" we had to strol with our boots through the dwelled hall to te staircases, but everything kept functioning. The owners are very gentle and we have nothing to complain. Of course the kitchen is very small en not fit to cook big meals, more for making a perfect handmade espresso Italian style, but in the not so well known Cannaregio department there are a lot of affordable restaurants which also the locals visit. Nearby the appartment are at least two bakerys, one of them kosher (it's just around the corner of de old ghetto).

Very big room with independent bathroom and kitchen, old furniture, just on the border of canal. Murano chandelier 2 m high above your table. Relaxing atmospher. The mistress of the house speeks only italian and a little french. It was a nice and interesting stay
