Dream apartment with terrace for 8

Big geraümige apartment but well used (damaged bathroom door so that a lock was not possible). The roost in the conservatory was not warm enough.

What I really loved about this appartment is that you really stay like a local. You really feel like 'ein Berliner' :-) The appartment has a very spacious feel and we loved the ceiling window and the roof terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped as well as the bathroom. Beware that the 4th bedroom is in the livingroom. The upstairs room is indeed a little uncomfortable. Even in winter we did sit in the hottub on the roof and it was great! Wow, the view is just sublime! We had a great time and I would really recommend this appartment!

Mighty nice apartment,

First time in Berlin, had a great time. will definately come back to Berlin. There is a lot to see and do. There is a great chinese restaurant down the street from the apt. There is a bus stop around the corner which takes you to the U and S bahn or if one decided to walk it would be a 15 min walk. This apt is very spacious with plenty of sunlight. Did not get a chance to use terrace bathtub because of the weather. Two clean batrooms. Very child friendly. Travelled with a 5 year old and a 11 month old. Kids slept very comfortable. Their bedroom was perfect. The upstairs bed we found it to be a little uncomfortable, it could be due to our preferences. The kitchen dishwasher had a few dirty dishes inside. We found trash inside big trash can in kitchen area. Other than that our stay was enjoyable. Would recommend to friends that travel in big groups.

Long, enjoyable stay in Berlin and in the home. The weather was very rainy at times, as was the large, bright room very pleasant. Berlin apartment with charm, that would be a craftsman here and there something to install or improve (towel racks, blinds ...) but found nothing that could be undermined our holiday joy. The situation is not quite, but relatively quiet. 6th Floor without elevator - ok, we have also in Cologne, is training. The views from the roof terrace is the reward. We found it very enjoyable, not to live in the center but very well connected to be: underground Grenzallee 10min walk, S-Bahn (circle line) Hermannstr. 10min walk, 5min bus M44 to the corner all. Accomodation: small bakery diagonally across, Edeka 5min small organic range walk on Britzer Damm. The next great health food store is the LPG Mehringdamm directly to the underground station Mehringdamm (U7). Icing on the cake: Former Airport Tempelhof by input Warthestr. / Leinestr. jogging walking distance (20min, or pieces with the bus ride). Neukölln / Britz is pretty lively, yet styled. Recommended is the Britz Garden!

Super apartment! Loving the space, terrace, and the conservatory! Host is very helpful, even though we didn't meet him. Highly recommended.

Very nice, uncomplicated Gastgeber.Die apartment was for us, 2 adults and 3 children, including a baby, comfortably spacious and well ausgestattet.Leider no lift and 10-15 brisk walk to the nearest subway station-Grenzallee.

My guests (family members) from Berlin and Westphalia were very happy with the dream home. As we very much "out there" we could use the roof terrace very well. All in all "first class". Thank you! Greetings Mathilde

Nice apartment. Convenient traffic (Britzer Damm, A 100). But beware: Long-term rented apartment. Cupboards and drawers were filled with the belongings of the tenant. Only 4 chairs benuitzbar.

Excellent apartment. The children's bedroom in particular was perfect for our 2 year old daughter and she particularly loved the toys and decor! Will stay again.
