Luxury Beach room in Barcelona

Excellent place to be and in a perfect spot in Old Barcelona. The warm, arty, bright rooms and practical ensuite amenities, felt like home away from home. Your host Kaveh (and his mom Rita) created a welcoming atmosphere and were always ready to give advice or have a chat, while providing ample privacy for us, guests. Me and my friend stayed 4 nights and will be back soon to live the good live in Barca.

We stayed for four nights in Kavehs very nice appartment in the centre of Barcelona. It is at walking distance to pretty much everything. Tube and bus nearby. The room was nice and clean. Kaveh was a great host and we enjoyed the stay in his beautiful apartment which is perfectly situated if you want to explore the city.

A gorgeous apartment situated in the centre of Barcelona. I highly recomend this apartment it´s quiet and calm, high comfort much nicer than a hotel.A great hospitality is significant for the host There is walking distance to the beach,shopping,bus station and so on ..... We had a lovely stay in Kaveh's appartment. The room was very clean, well decorated and spatious. Location is excellent because it's in the nice old part of the town, lots of good restaurants/bodegas in the neighbourhoud. We enjoyed it very much! Thanks Kaveh & Rita!

We stayed for two nights in Kavehs apartement - it is a really nice place and it is very well located in the historical center of Barcelona. The rooms are clean and tasteful furnished - we enjoyed it very much! Our advise for an one weekend tourd: first day you will reach everything by walking straight from Kavehs apartement. Second day go to rent a scooter (the office to rent some is located in the same street) and you will see all the rest of Barcelona!

Very nice and charming apartment in a great area of Barcelona, close to a lot of the attractions and the sea. Tube, Bus and bikes to rent just around the corner. A very well equipped big kitchen to share with Kaveh and the other guests. We enjoyed the stay and would come here again. Kaveh, thank you for your hospitality.

Kaveh is a very friendly person. Timing for getting the apartment key and give it back was perfect. Apartment was clean and it is in a very central position of Barcelona - recommendable

Great host - very nice apartment - in the old town! Kaveh has welcomed us was very friendly and accommodating. Because he has a shop nearby, he had to call in a few minutes on the ground, to show us our accommodation. Everything was very clean and it did not miss anything. We were able, thanks to the numerous kitchen utensils and prepare our own meals and eat "at home". Since the apartment is very centrally located, but there are also many opportunities to eat away from home. I was the first time in Barcelona and certainly not the last time .. I would book again at any time at Kaveh!
