Apartment Close to many Venues

This apartment is just great, it is located in the district of Prenzlauer Berg. A nice district and alive! It is in a quiet location and close to public transport: Metro and Tram. Very easy access from the airport Schönefeld only one change at Alexanderplatz. The apartment itself is very nice, very well appointed, comfortable bedding, a very deco design, the kitchen is well equipped, a bathroom with a washing machine! Only problem but not very annoying, 5 floors without elevator ... with hard case! I recommend everyone this accommodation!

It's a very large apartment and well equipped. Very clean and maintained well. It is up 5 flights of stairs so not for the faint hearted with huge suitcases! Location is close to bernau strabe train station.

Apartment in a great location, convenient and easily accessible from the U-Bahn is also equipped with every comfort and well furnished. We had a great time! I highly recommend it!!

Overall, a very nice apartment. Only the bathroom is unfortunately very long in the tooth and thereby makes unfortunately a rather unkempt. The apartment is quiet as it is in the back house. Anyone with children should be aware that the apartment is on the 4th floor and has no lift. Even the windows were unfortunately not darken. The location is perfect. For Ku'damm we always walked ...

Excellent stay in Berlin family. Spacious, functional, quiet for a couple with two or three young children (3, 4 and 9). Quiet area with amenities nearby. Supermarket 100 m and 150 m station very convenient! Welcome by the host (Thanks Martin) who speaks a little French. Estate agency that manages rental apartments with keys and signing the lease and inventory. Only downside serious work on email communication with JOHANNES Rudert including organizing appointments for the keys answer for the following day after several reminders ... in the end everything went well when Martin took over and we even release the drive from the airport Tegel. Warning apartment on the 4th floor without lift, parquet nice but noisy and slippery. Neighbor downstairs sensitive to noise no children during the day: (.

The apartment in Berlin was great. It was really convenient to have a bus stop on our doorstep. Easy access to Ubahn and Sbahn services. The place was very spacious and nicely decorated. It made our stay very relaxing and we felt at home. Great Wifi connection.

Simple, but sufficient. Conveniently located.

Spacious apartment for 7 people. Comfortable beds/sofabeds. Good transport access in a quieter part of the city. A second bathroom/toilet would be ideal but knowing that there was only one, with a bit of planning it is certainly manageable. Worth the stay!
