Welcome in my central, sunny, family-orientated detached house with parking lot. My name is Maritta. You live in a quiet detached house-living accommodation. Nearby that is the airport and fair Zurich we offer personal accommodation for business people, tourists and fair exhibitors. Restaurants as well as streetcar (= train) and bus are quite nearby. Within few minutes to the station Effretikon or heavy Zen Buddhism creek!
The house has 4 locked rooms which are distributed on 2 floors. The residential and eating area is in the first floor of the house. The room to be rented out is located in the middle stick. The room is equipped with a double bed (140x200), 1 cupboard, 1 table and a work-table. The kitchen, the bath and the garden seat are to the use. Wash-room is located in the house, can of course be washed if a longer stay than a week is booked. We ask, into which mutual interest, that a night's rest will adhere after 10 p. m.
