Perfect Amenities - Close to the City and BMW till 4 persons

Top location, very quiet, great connection to all the sights of Munich, very comfortable for a small family and very neat and clean. We can recommend this apartment with a good conscience

The apartment's location is excellent, in fact, reach the center of Munchen in 10-12 minutes. But the apartment leaves a lot be desired. First, there was scaffolding outside, which did not allow us to open the windows, and we have not been warned. It does not seem fair that you have to give all the details of the credit card and wait for the owner "choose" you. Once you have chosen, you activate the payment automatically. When we saw the real conditions of the apartment, we had no opportunity to cancel without losing all the money. Then there was no hanging in the apartment, including the lobby and has a bath. Uncomfortable! Then next to the sofa bed open, with lots of elevation, there was a protégé great coffee table living room, very shaky, which prevented access to the sofa bed and we had not had the courage to move for fear that it would break. There was also the trash to the garbage. I certainly perfect apartment, was un'inganno. The good news is that cleaning was satisfactory. Question: But the Wimdu has absolutely no liability in such cases? Merely refers to the percentage without verifying the actual condition of what is proposed?

I could easily go on foot to the BMW, very pleasant. Even subway and shopping within easy reach.

We found the apartment as described. Clean and tidy! To our joy was also a large flat screen television available and there were even a few towels, almost like a hotel. The sofa bed was folded and covered with sheets. It offers enough space for two adults. The bathroom with shower was clean and tidy. The location is quite central in Munich, a subway station is less than 5 minutes and the Olympic Park is within walking distance. All in all a good stay.

I wanne wright this to all others: THIS WAS BY FAR the worst experience in communication, contact and internet. I tell why: i come from Holland and was visiting Munich but at the time i was there i needed some help. first i needed to ask appart the adress number. But because the contact was soo bad it tooks a long time to answer that, so i needed to findit at myself (with my beauty brain) and have found it. Then into the appartment it was very could so i tryed to heet up the heater but didnt work. And again i called the owner off the appartment but he didnt pick up the phone he's reason: why should i he only asnwers by sms (text message) AMATEUR!. But about the phone contact this individual (owner) was not in Munich he was far away from it and i called him also couple off times before because the INTERNET DIDNT WORK. And also about that i tryed to call him and he give the same answer (in text message/sms) why should i because others has no problem with it. But iff this individual reads he's other revieuws then he should know that the INTERNET is not really working. And i had the problem NOT OTHERS!!! i was in the appartment NOT OTHERS. And for my job i needed good internet connection and for my HUMAN BODY i needed good heat. And for good support EVERYBODY needs good COMMUNICATION. SOOO I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND LEAVED EARLIER. This individual had the luck that i not really care about the money but for others that do BE CAREFULL. -------------------------------------------------- The good thing: The appartment was looking very nice and very clean and the place was good. Matthias to you: BETHER WORK IN COMMUNICATION AND SUPPORT and dont think about making easy money (its just paper). And BETHER INTERNET because we live in 2013. Everything was very easy with the apartment. Get key and make super simple. The apartment is in a very good area. 1 minute subway and food on foot. 10 minutes Marienplatz. The apartment had everything you could burst. Unfortunately, the wireless did not work for me because it was on a "Memory stick", and I had a cell phone and iPad. Matthias was always easy to reach.

The apartment is small and cozy, quiet location, everything you need is here! We felt comfortable and slept very well. Close we could get some buns and all other purchases, the subway is also very close. For a few days the ideal place to stay when exploring Munich or traveling for business. Thank you!

Very attractive, situated in a quiet place, next to the metro, 4 - 5 stops to the center. Good facilities, kitchen, dishes, pots and pans. It could be a little bigger. I would recommend. Tadeusz

Nice little apartment in a good location and quiet neighborhood. The true is that the apartment is a bit noisy, it disturbs not great because the neighbors are very quiet. It disturbed me something only the bed because the sheets were very dark and worn out and did not even smell particularly fresh, so only four stars. Otherwise, the unit was clean. The apartment does not have Wi-Fi connection and the only way to access the Internet is through a stick, what. For tablet or smart phone users-as unfortunately is useless in my case anyway, and much slower than wireless I have not taken in the two weeks the landlord, but they responded to my email quickly.
