On the outside this small Art Deco block of 5 units looks charming, if shabby chic, and inside it's heaven.

Your half-size room is cosy, but with a double bed and large wardrobe there's more than enough room for you if you're only here for a short time and want an affordable, but nice place to stay near Sydney's waterways with easy access to the city.

Everyone who walks into this unit says what a good feel it has. From the serene balcony you look out over the rolling greens of the royal golf course. In a small block of only 5 others this gorgeous unit is in easy walking distance to both Bondi beach and Sydney harbour, located on the fringe of Bellevue Hill shopping centre, minutes to Bondi Juntion &, of course, Bondi beach!

Portable heaters and fan available on site, not that you're likely to need them. This apartment is pleasantly cool in summer. The north facing combined lounge room, kitchen and balcony gets the crisp, morning sun, so it's bright and airy, but not too hot.

Un-metered street parking (rare for Bondi)

Public transport across the road:
It's a short bus journey to Bondi Junction and from there it's a 10 minute train journey in to town.

Airports:
The international and Domestic airports are only about 20 minutes drive away (longer during traffic peaks), again, all easily accessible by public transport too.

Do you like cats? We are soon to be the proud parents of a Himalayan kitten, aka Fluffyhontas. Himalayans are hypoallergenic as Matt is asthmatic. The full wool carpeting in this unit is also the tight, cut and loop style, so that's also asthma friendly.

We love to share our place with Friendly, Appreciative, Clean & Decent People!!! So please fill out your profile & let us know some thing about you IF possible some reliable references such as previous landlords or Wimdu reviews to make it easy for us to proceed & accept the booking. Copy of picture ID's may be needed in the check in time.
NO Pets - we have our own (purr purr)
Please USE the chopping boards provided, please don't prepare food directly on the kitchen bench without these as it has a special finish which is expensive to repair.
NO smoking.
NO red wine.....that sounds weird doesn't it, but the full wool carpet is new and beautiful, so we a(website hidden)ople to please take off shoes inside and avoid stains. Think champagne!
(n.b. If you do have an accident please don't fret, but DON'T use domestic carpet cleaners you get from the supermarket as they permanently damage the carpet, which WOULD be costly....Instead, please just call us straight away and let us know so that we can advise. Please note that carpet cleaning is not included in the regular cleaning fee.)
No noisy parties as this is a peaceful, chilled place for people who book the apartment to have a relaxed and happy time. A couple of non-trashed, non-shouting, non-breaking things friends are fine.
From previous experiences these issues have arisen, so we've found it's best just to be upfront and fair for all.
