Apartment in the Heart of Rome

Very nice cozy apartment. EXCELLENT LOCATION _na foot anywhere near. The local shops and restaurants. Highly recommended. Sophie and Andrew

it is a nice small appartement. and as others already wrote, it is ideal for excursions into rome. the quarter is nice as well, so the osterie or ristorantes. the area surrounding is intesresting and except from collosseum not so touristical. there are very interesting monumehts around (san clemente, 4 coronati f.e.), you shoud visit. insight it is clean except the pots in the kitchen. it is mostly quiet, but if weather is bad, the appartement is maybe a bit dark. valentina is very freindly an helpful.

House very well located close to the Colosseum. It is quite small but has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Rome. The small terrace is perfect for breakfast.

Very nice place, everything was like we expected.

We had a wonderful and eventful vacation in Rome, and had a fantastic weather. The apartment was located in a quiet street and very central - close to the Colosseum. The apartment appeared neat and clean, and consisted of a hallway, a little sparse dining kitchen, a small but functional bathroom, a bedroom (with a very hard mattress) and a small backyard balcony - which served as living room - with two wooden chairs (no cushions) and a small wooden table.

Positive: - hostess Valentina is friendly and helpful - the bathroom is spacious and well equipped - are mid-stay clean towels provided on request - the bedroom is spacious and bright - plenty of storage space for clothes, etc. Negative: - hostess only evening accessible - only in the bedroom windows - sitting room, kitchen and bathroom no windows, so no natural light - venting kitchen and bathroom open onto balconies neighbors, who can smoke, result: stench in the apartment - no microwave, no oven, kitchen poorly with supplies - an infestation in the kitchen, which after a day contested - construction noise in the building - stock cupboard in the kitchen can only be reached by climbing on a chair - no lift, 50 steps up and down

difficult to give an opinion, we have not met our arrival a person gave us the keys, she did not speak French and very little English as the contact was very brief
