2 cosy rooms by the Sagrada Familia, double room

Very welcoming, very smiling and friendly Carolina, shame about the large room was occupied by other tenants and we Aillons got a small room with no windows!

We had a great time in Sagrada, The apartment is on Industria street. Right outside there is a bus stop and the metro is only 2-3 minutes walk. In terms of food, there is supermarket and convenience store. Eating out is just right the back, nice terraces but I would say that it is tourist kind of thing. A paella served in 5 minutes cooked or heated by chef mic (microwave) at 10.50 euros is too much... walk towards near the Industria Park you can find bars, restaurants, cafeteria and taverna run by family which is more authentic and taste better.

Carolina is a cute host, she's really helpful, the house is clean and the rooms are nice. the house is behind Sagrada Familia and is near to the metro so is very simple move from ther to the other part of the city. i recommend it!

Hello! The photo you post on the site does not match the closet where I stayed for a week on a small mattress on the floor. I choked heat collected in this space is poorly ventilated. Between the mattress and the wall, I had just the place to put my bag. That's it. I sent you two photos of this closet, pantry. If you do not believe me, I would recommend this place to sleep for a week stay in Barcelona, ​​and give me your opinion then. It's expensive night paid although Caroline is pretty cool.

Location location location! If that is what you're looking for, this place is ideal. Located in Career Industria, a short 5 minute walk from the Sagrada Familia, this place is very well positioned (close to the Metro and good restaurants and breakfast places). Carolina is very nice, smiley, kind, and likes to try to help everything set up for you (even a convenient car ride to/from the airport if you need it). Unfortunately, the room I was staying in was slightly bigger than the tiny single bed it fit in and it was more of a closet than a bedroom. I had nowhere to place my clothes in besides a small nightstand or even room to change clothes within the room itself. The kitchen was clean and so was the restroom with a nice big shower. Cleanliness of the apartment could be better. We had to share the bathroom (5 of us) which made it a bit tough (and I wasn't made aware of it until I arrived there) and that was challenging, especially being the other 4 people girls!!! That said, Carolina goes out of her way to help make your stay enjoyable and I think that, if she follows these simple critiques in a positive way, can have in her hands one of the best located pats in BCN! If you do not count on living in your place and only need it as a place where to crash a couple of ours each night (as I did), then I think it is OK if you're on a budget.
