The loft is on the first floor of a growing and is very quiet. Will usually be awakened by the chirping of birds :)
I myself am living one floor below in my second home,
Therefore, the key delivery usually 24 hours is possible.
The loft is as functional as a hotel (towels, bedding, wardrobe, drinks, snacks, etc.).

-Separate bedrooms on two levels, above a recessed double bed (180x200cm) with flat screen and 5.1 Dolby surround system, including a guest bed and wardrobes
For children there is lots to explore. Above all, the original Star Wars lightsabers with proper lighting and sound effects have left a lasting impression on the kid's! By the way, mostly among those parents :)
OPTIONAL is also a 300sqm garden available with BBQ and fire pit, and a small bar with refrigerator, music system and a covered lounge area. We have no neighbors here and you can relax and listen to music and barbecue!
With the tram line 1 (stop "Eupenerstrasse"), you can quickly and easily reach the city center (journey time 10). Do not forget the Cologne Cathedral or the many museums such as to visit the chocolate museum. Furthermore, there are several shopping streets where you can find everything from designer boutiques to outlet stores.
Nearby is the famous stadium of the 1st FC Köln and the urban forest, ideal for relaxing after a busy day.
At night, Cologne into a real party town! Enjoy a Kölsch or a cocktail in one of the many bars and experience the unique atmosphere of the club Cologne's nightlife.
