In the heart of the ancient historical quarter of San Lorenzo, just a few minutes from Termini station and Tiburtina station, the holiday house "San Lorenzo 150" is at the beginning of via Tiburtina, one of the ancient consular roads which connects Rome to Tivoli. It’s an excellent solution from which you will reach the historical centre, the archaeological areas and the most important museums of Rome by public transport (bus and tram). You can also use the underground: the nearest station is Termini.
The quarter of San Lorenzo in near the "La Sapienza" University and therefore is very lively, full of small bookshops, art galleries, vintage shops, cultural associations, workshops and clubs, restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias and cafes.
The apartment of 55 m2 consists of a large living room with open kitchen and sofa-bed, one bedroom with kingsize bed and a bathroom with shower; ideal for a couple, can easily accommodate also two couples or a family of 4.
Located on the 2° floor (with elevator) the windows look out onto a very quiet courtyard. The house is equipped with LCD TV, air conditioning, wi-fi internet and heating.
The kitchen and the dining area are well designed and equipped with all necessary equipment for a pleasant stay, including washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer.
