Cosy double room on Calle de San Bernardo in the centre of Madrid

Excellent place, very central Gran Via, the place very clean and tidy! The host is the best available in case you have a question! It was definitely a memorable and very comfortable highly recommend this place and very affordable!

A very central place very clean and comfortable ... Nearly all the places you need to visit in Madrid .... Lucian is a very friendly guy and very helpful that made my stay out of 5 stars ... I felt at home definitely recommend it and also the price was excellent!!

The space is very well located. The room is good, clean and organized. The only problem is that there is only one bathroom to share between 5 people. wait to use it.

I had a great time at Lucian in Madrid. The room is actually not a part of a private flat. It is a Hostel single room. So bear that in your mind. Also the location was not exactly the same as shown on Wimdu (only 200m further though, so no worries). Everything else was excellent. Room was clean and cozy, double bed, ideal for 1 person. For a couple could be a bit small - not much space for bigger luggage. The hostel landlord (not Lucian) was a very friendly lady, with a little spoken English. No problems with communication though. WiFi internet worked very good as well The best thing about this hostel was it’s location - just 100m from Underground (Noviciado). Because of the location, I would recommend this place rather for younger people. Plenty of night life in close proximity. Some rooms might experience street noise during weekend nights, although I had been warned about it in advance and I’ve had a chance to pick the room for myself – which I haven’t and slept even though without any problems. Altogether for my person this offer was just great.

In the room we used was a 2 bed and 1 single bed. The latter was unnecessary and was really in the way. We were there by the window screens not operate. Simple room. Well good bed and everything was very well kept clean. Could also use plates and cutlery from the kitchen, which was nice. all in all had a nice stay in a basic room.

Luckly. On photo is a shower in the room to see that only one of the four rooms was not mine. Room was smaller than it looked on the internet. The announced airconditoning was a separate device that has a tremendous noise. At night a lot of noise from people talking loudly to 4 hours under the window that opens to stand for discharge air. Good points: location, strong internet, fridge in room.

This is ok, but not more, and the announce is not really fair. This room is part of an apartment transformed in a guest house with 4 rooms. The room I had during my stay was not exactly as on the pictures: there was no shower in the room (only a shared bathroom), it was much smaller, etc. It was globally clean, but old fashioned.

Everything in the best order. Clean and in a central location.
