Beautiful and Cosy Double Ensuite Room with English Breakfast

Bobby is very friendly, accommodating, and reflects our requests. The room is the description of the ad, the decor is not the first freshness (but it does not come to that!), Cleanliness is very correct, and overall it is a good value, especially for London. The morning before leaving for London, I recommend Gail's bakery down the street before arriving at Queens Park subway for morning pastries and sandwiches and other treats for the day.

The host (Bobby) is very nice. The house is clean, the room is more than enough, and very good located (metro Queens Park, 20 minutes from downtown). Value for money excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation. I went with my cousin and the two ended goood.

The area is nice, the warm and friendly family. Only downside, it's too cold in the 2 rooms that I have been proposed despite a hot radiator!

Room in need of some work; decor very tired. My booking promised that it would be ensuite but it was not. Host (Bobby's brother) was very kind, and breakfast was very good.

I really enjoyed my stay! I was made to feel most welcome which means a lot when working away from home and being away from my family. Clean room, friendly hosts and easy to get in and out of town. Will be booking here again when I'm next down here which I guess says it all. :-D

Bobby is a very pleasant host. He was available and helpful even though he is very busy. the house is in quiet and pretty neighborhood with all conveniences to 5 minutes. With the subway you are in 20/25 minutes to the city center. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to discover London.

They are very kind host, I appreciated that they picked me up from station on a Sunday evening. The residence are clean and comfortable. I definately recommand this place!
