This is a non-smoking apartment
- Smokers, please smoke outside, on the gallery or in the staircase

Kitchen/entrance:
- Electric ring: unplug after each usage, it has a tendancy to put itself on, by itself!
- Entrance closet, ironing board, broom: free the board by sliding the little rod sideways to the left, take out the board and put back the rod to the right

User manuals : see in the kitchen drawer, on the right
- fridge
- microwave oven – please do not operate on grill
- washing mashine
- television: press TV and ON/OFF to set on or off the TV set; then press UPC and select the desired channel by entering number or +/- right; sound control: +/- left
- air conditioning (two remote controls, one for each inside unit)
- iron : please read and follow closely the manual
- radio

Bathroom:
- bathtub : for the permanent pleasure to find a shining shower, the best is to wipe walls, glass door and tap after each usage…
- on the shower tap, hot water is on the right!
- Please note that the hot water boiler is better for shower than for bath

Air conditioning: advice for optimal usage
- Make sure that the 2 inside units (each has a remote control) are on the adequate and same mode (heating, cooling, ventilation, dehumidifying)
- summer: use in dehumidifying mode (  ) at 24°
- winter: heating mode, a 22° set gives a good temperature; make sure that the flaps are downwards (use remote controls)
- turn off before leaving the apartment

Floor: it will appreciate if you use slippers : provided

Washing machine:
- choose the cycle, make sure the door is properly closed and launch
- see user manual

Building gate, doorbell and opening from the apartment
- outside the building gate : punch « 39 » and ring
- inside the apartment : the telephone close to the door enables talking and pushing the blue button will open the building gate

Apartment keys : buiding gate and second floor door key
- the same key opens the buiding gate and the second floor door
- the loss of keys will be billed 10.000 Ft.-

Please leave the apartment in the same state of cleanliness as you found it. Alternatively, you might elect to pay the 25 € cleaning fee

Please report promptly any needed repair. Suggestions for improvement will be appreciated

Please make sure (every time) before leaving the apartment that lights, electric plates and air conditioning are off and water taps are closed
- excess electric or water consumption will be billed to guests

Management is not responsible for damages outside its direct actions
