Centrally Located (SK) in Hong Kong

We found the apartment clean and spacious (for Hong Kong), located conveniently and had a very pleasant stay. A problem with internet connection was resolved swiftly and would recommend the apartment to anyone wishing to stay in the area. It is located right in the heart of Wan Chai's nightlife so expect noise at night but this was not a problem for us.

The apartment is spacious, looks just like in the picture.. It is still new, have 3 bedroom + 2 comfy sofa beds. All furniture including towel and sofa bed are from IKEA so the quality is there. The apartment is literally 130m from the nearest MTR exit. Have many good food and so easy to get water/fresh fruits. Subway, Kebab, Pizza is all within 2mins walking. The famous Hui Lau San also only about 10mins walking. I've been there about 6 times while I am staying. Their mango creation is soooooo good. Causeway Bay also only 1 station away. We asked for rice cooker and hair dryer, and they provide it immediately. on the 3rd day of staying, the shower pipe that connects the shower head to the tap/faucet is broken. Help is coming in just 30 mins. All in all we really enjoy our stay. It's just Wan Chai is red light district of Hong Kong, so if you feel uncomfortable to be surrounded by Night Clubs and Girls with sexy dress, I suggest you stay somewhere else :) Last but not least... Enjoy 20MB+ bandwidth free wi-fi while in the apartment. It is really fast with download speed of above 2MB/sec... Thank you and I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Hong Kong

We were a family of 8 in this apartment located in a street with a supermarket right across the street and small restaurants around, it is surrounded with regard to eat! Very close to the subway and ferry WanChai. The apartment is okay with a beautiful kitchen and adequate supplies, but bathroom very narrow, inconvenient when you are many. To improve with an external mirror, shelves to store his clothes in the second chamber. Rather come to four people to be more comfortable. A little disappointed with the reception the day of arrival, the sms does not work, it took really call for online the person responsible for the reception. Otherwise, we had a good stay. appropriate services in expectations for the cost of the rental.

I have to honestly state that the apartment i accommodated for my 6days in HK was truly amazing and all of us are very satisfied, 4 of us including myself. On arrival at HK airport, i contacted Mr Basa (The guy that i supposed to liaise with). Getting to the location was easy, we took the airport express from HK airport and within 40mins we find ourself in Wanchai MTR station where unknowingly the apartment is just 2 minutes away from exit A1. Met Basa at exit A1 and he bought us to the apartment with great friendliness. Prior to my trip to HK my greatest concern is cleanliness, but what surprised me the most is that the apartment is so clean that i don't think it is possible to find any fault like dirt or layer of dust lying around. The bed was well furnished and the bed linens was laid in top condition. The floor makes me feels like home. The Air-conditional can match any renown international brand. Where the estate was located is simply bustling, a 5minutes walk to lockhart road where all the Pubs, Bars and clubs locate. A well maintained grocery shop is just directly in front of the apartment, buying stuff is never a problem. Of cause finding food is never an issue as well even if your tummy is growling at 2am. My stay have been richly enjoyable highly because of a cozy apartment i stayed in and of cause the friendliness of Mr Basa & Co. The apartment security was good and trustable. One last thing, the WIFI that is provided loaded webpage in the fastest possible speed even though many devices was connected to the same WIFI, never have to wait for it to load any web page. I HIGHLY recommend this apartment for anyone going to HK, it can fit about 5 to 6 pax though it quite small. Facility provided is all in top working condition.

Hello Sally and Eric, We were very happy to stay in WAN CHAI, walk up to the 7th floor it wasn't a problem for us. In this apartment, we have everything we need. Our children want to come back to HK as soon as possible and stay again in this apartment, they were very sad when we have to leave. Thank you very much and we wish you the best. See you soon!

Eric met us at the place and was a very friendly host - he even assited us with our bags and provided a welcoming drink. the place itself is centrally located between two mtr stations (so getting around was easy) with plenty of eating places on the street of the apartment - close to ladies market etc - cant fault the location. As is well documented there is no lift so a reasonable level of fitness required - or the ambition to get fiit. The apartment is 3 bedroom and well appointed (although I couldn't find a toaster) hot water is extremely hot - airconditioner worked well. If you prefer to open the windows, the street noise can take some getting used to - earplugs are recommended if you are a light sleeper. I would recommend the apartment for its location, appointment and host to anyone.

Six of us stayed at this spacious and clean apartment. Although the hike up the stairs took a bit of an effort, what greeted us at the top more than made up for it. We felt really comfortable staying there. The hall going up was a bit dirty, but that's to be expected in such an old building. The place is close to Mong Kok MTR station, but isn't right in the busy area so it's relatively quiet. It was nice having a washing machine available so we could do some laundry. Everything you need is provided including laundry and dish detergent. Eric was very nice and helpful. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

The 1C apartment is much better than we anticipated. But first we thought that the room is big, but in living conditions in HK and as I expected it is quite small but just a right size for a family of 6. The location is perfect! Just right outside there is a grocery store so we usually buy our food there and cook in our apartment. It definitely saves us a lot of money for food expense. The apartment is also near the MTR and places like Ocean park and The Peak. Very convienient place to stay. When we go back to HK we will make sure to book this again. Thank you.

Fabulous location and heaps of space in the apartment. Great for your fitness too! Be prepared to go up 7 flights of stairs ... 16 steps per flight! Would stay here again.
