Nice double room in Gràcia

Beautiful clean and bright room. Nice and helpful hosts ready. However, in the 7th Floor and no elevator.

I really liked it here and was quite comfortable. José is very friendly and accomodazi. And the neighborhood is wonderful with lots of things to do around. I liked my stay here à lot.

The rooms are nice, bright and friendly. The many steps to the top are a bit tedious, but this is the view from the roof terrace terrific. The landlord is nice and helpful and the neighborhood is very nice and very much alive in the evening.

We had a great time! Joseluis is a very nice man, and made us feel really welcome. The house (bedroom, kitchen and bathroom) were really neat and we had a nice balcony + roof terrace. We also loved the cozy neighboorhoud. Would go again to this place!

We rented 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 teenagers: we received a warm welcome from Jose, who knows how to be discreet and considerate host in a fairly comfortable apartment, furnished with simplicity and harmony search. Jose let us use the kitchen as we please and washing machine, dependent behave "with respect", as he says himself. The apartment was very nice in the month of May 2013 and in the summer as it is in the attic, it should be a bit warmer ... You can also climb on the terrace and enjoy a beautiful view of Barcelona. Be careful though, you will stay on the top floor without elevator, it means 117 steps! The neighborhood of Gracia is very nice, young, popular, a little fashion, the Fontana metro station is not far away and there is a well stocked 5-minute market. By cons, leave the car at home, there is absolutely nothing for parking, except parking priceless! Overall, this is a good address.
