House rules

When arriving a deposit of 200 € in cash, will be asked.
Of course this deposit will be give it back to you when checking out if no damage and the cleaning of the apartment has been done.
A paper signed by me, will be give it to you with the amount of your deposit to give back to you when checking out.
I have never had any problem till now, for the deposit with anyone.


If you don’t want to clean the apartment when checking out you should tell in advance, so I could arrange someone to do it for you. This service will be charged 30 €.
If you check out without doing the cleaning up, 40 € will be taken from your deposit.


When arriving a photocopy of your passport will be asked.


There is a computer with a High Speed DSL connection. If you bring your own laptop there is a WIFI or Ethernet connection.
There is a DVD/DIVX player and Hi-fi equipment and TV available.

A beautiful, small but perfectly adequate for 2 persons apartment! Farrid is very friendly and personable, he also tells us everything relevant to home. For us, the flexible check-in/out was very important, which unfortunately can not offer a lot of hosts. In the apartment, you have everything you need for a few nights in Paris, most of the time you are on the road anyway (; Although the apartment is in a busy area, it is very quiet and supermarket, bakery, and other shops are on the . short walk to the metro we had available thank you a nice stay in Paris (!:

Well equiped appartment, had everything we needed. Metro around the corner. Host was very friendly and correct. It's on a busy street (so a lot of things nearby as shops, supermarket, restaurants, ...) but appartment is at the back, so really quiet and no noise at all.
