New Apartment by Exhibition Centre

Was very nice to stay , good connection to public transportation and shopping area. Some distance to beach , but with close public transportation no problem

We do not host but met all our questions were answered very quickly. The apartment is very functional, comfortable and well equipped. By cons, it lacked two devices described in the announcement (iron and hair dryer). No brush (or vacuum) to clean the floor (reported on very friendly person who managed the inventory). For cons, the sound leaves a bit to be desired. The guides are right, it is difficult to park unless you pay very expensive car parks (we finally found a place and no longer have motored during our stay of 6 days, Dias pass 5 to 28 € per person allowed us to move by bus and metro entire stay without wasting time). Ideal location of the apartment and valuable compared to metro and shopping center Granvia.

Located in a quiet side street, supermarket, bakery and sight-seeing bus around the corner! We were there as a family very happy for the first time in Barcelona and were.

Apartment: atypical and original structure arc well laid out and design. Close to the Metro. close to shopping necessities. Therefore overlooks a quiet square. Very nice view of Montjuc especially at night. Area: neither too close nor too far from the cultural sites and activities. this is one area that lives (like the 11th or the 12th in Paris for example) without the "as-tu-vu" Reception conditions: Ok by against dirty dishes and inadequate or inappropriate for the plate Induction cooking. Lack of materials to ensure the cleanliness of the apartment (not even a sponge!) .... Too bad, in sharp contrast with the charm of the apartment.

The plus points about the apartment are the location. It is just behind Avenue Diagnol on Carrer de Seneca. The neighbourhood is safe. The apartment has all the facilities you need - nice kitchen which is well equipped. Hairdryer, iron etc. It has a seating area and a dining area. The bath is actually in the bedroom and it is a lovely bath. However, there is an unpleasant smell from the plughole when the bath is emptied and this does become quite strong. We had to keep the window open to remove the smell. If this was resolved then I would rate the apartment much higher. Also, I think some of the previous guests have not looked after this apartment, for example the Audrey Hepburn screen had been folded together when wet and this had stuck together making it unuseable. The apartment is starting to look a little worn but as I've stated its due to guests not taking care with the apartment. The apartment is up about 8 steps of stairs - 80 steps in total so you need to be fit! Its fun though! Cynthia who meets you at the apartment is very helpful and her service was great. Overall the price for the apartment was reasonable.

Nice location, 5 minutes walk to metro station. In 15 minutes in the center. Close to street with bakery, butcher and vegetable market. Quiet area where you can feel free to walk on the street. Including evenings We were with our 3 children (13-15-16y). Apartment is large enough, no dishwasher, or washing machine. To do so. Inventory in the kitchen not complete, well For questions Fernandez and Cynthia very helpful. All in all it was a good choice!

Great location, ideal for "conquest" of Barcelona. Everything else was perfect, just a little cleaner it could be.

Great apartment in Barcelona. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of options for getting around to the sights, cafes and shops. There are beautiful hilly neighborhood, and if you have the courage to do Barcelona on foot, you can both go to the harbor and up into the beautiful mountainous hinterland.
