Stratford is the location of the Olympic park, and also accommodates one of Europe’s biggest shopping centers, Westfield’s, which has more than 300 stores and plenty of restaurants with food from all over the world. There is also a cinema and a casino in Westfield’s.
The transportation to and from Stratford is excellent. Central line gives you easy access to central London. Approximately it will take you 10 minutes to Liverpool Street, which is very close to famous Brick Lane, with lots of markets and hip bars. In 20 minutes, central line takes you to Oxford Street, which is the main shopping street in London. Jubilee line will take you to Canary Wharf within 10 minutes, where you can enjoy the new financial district with a big shopping centre and lots of nice restaurants and cafés set to enjoy the water surrounding the tall buildings.
