DETAILS OF THE FLAT AND ACCOMMODATION:
This is a spacious one-bedroom flat for rent in Battersea, South-West London.
The flat is large and very bright. It overlooks Battersea Park, which is one of the loveliest parks in London, and a minute's walk from Albert Bridge and the River Thames. Chelsea is just across the river.
The flat consists of one large double bedroom with queen size bed. The sofa in the sitting room also converts into a double sofa-bed. Bed linen will be supplied. The flat is therefore suitable for two couples, a family with young children or friends (if you don't mind sharing a double bed!)
The kitchen is modern and spacious and equipped with washing machine / dryer, dishwasher, oven, a large fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Crockery and cutlery etc available should guests wish to cook for themselves.
The bathroom is newly refurbished and has an excellent shower. Guest towels and shower gel / shampoo would be provided.
The sitting room is also substantial and there is a dining table and 4 chairs. There is also a large, flat screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player.
The flat is on the first floor of a private block and is very secure. There are lifts and access to a sunny communal roof terrace (shared with the other flats in the building). A cleaner visits once a fortnight and she will also do ironing if required.
