The apartment is located in Wexstraße in 10715 Berlin-Schöneberg on the third floor (with elevator). This flat is very conveniently located: S-and U-Bahn station federal court is just 150 meters distance. The metro line 9 will take you to the Kurfürstendamm Avenue and Zoologischer Garten.

This apartment is decorated in soft Mediterranean colors with a mix of old and new furniture. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of: bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with double bed-couch. For many of our guests is the round table in the corner of room the favorite place. At the table in the sitting area in bay windows is enough space for 4 people. Internet connection is available for the guests of apartment. TV with the DVBT connection is available for the guests of the apartment. The bedroom has two single beds and one cabinet. The kitchen of the apartment has built-in furniture in the beech tree color. Kitchen has cooking and eating utensils, stove with oven, kettle, coffee maker and toaster available and four people find place at the table. You can buy groceries in the ALDI market which is located 200 m distance. Modern bathroom has nice shower, sink, mirror, toilet and towels available. Towels and bed linen are provided and will not be extra charged.

You can find very different offers in the neighborhood: traditional German cuisine, Mexican, Italian and Turkish restaurants, "Straßenbahn" - an alternative restaurant located in the old train for "the young at the heart" and "students flair" - restaurant offer a choice of sandwiches and soups and a nice red wine, during winter time restaurant offers art program, and in summer time you can enjoy the outdoor terrace. Within walking distance there are several restaurants that are open depending on demand. There is no universal opening times. Public transport (S and Ubahn) drives until about 00:30h, over weekends at least each 30 minutes during the night. Groceries store ALDI is 300 m distant, near apartment you can find many other services, for example: pharmacy, drugstore, copy shop, cinema, etc. Right around the corner is the bakery store, where you can buy fresh bread daily, or eat breakfast inside or outside the bakery store. By bike you can easily reach the nearby public park Wilmersdorf - or take advantage of the numerous bike paths for further trips to the city or the surrounding area. Public transport (S and U-Bahn) station Bundesplatz can easily be reached in about 2 minutes,

Nice and Bright Apartment (237)

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage!
Wir trafen einen sehr freundlichen, pünktlichen und unkomplizierten Vermieter, der den ein oder anderen Tipp bereit hatte. Wer z. B. zum Kuhdamm oder ins Theater des Westens möchte braucht keine 10 min zu fuß. Hinweis: Der Inder in der Grolmannstr. kocht voll lecker.

Das Appartement ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem sehr verkehrgünstig gelegen.Das Bett ist superbequem und alles ist sehr sauber. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen

Nunca he estado en el apartamento de la señora Michaela
De hecho esta persona ofreció su apartamento y luego dijo que no me lo podia alquilar
En ese momento Wimdu me prometió un descuento de 35€ si alquilaba otro apartamento. Wimdu no cumplió su palabra. Muy mal
Mas tarde alquilé el apartamento del señor Osman en NeuKöln (Berlin)
El señor Osman fue muy correcto y amable. El apartamento esta muy bien y estava muy limpio.
La oficina en Alemania (TC Trade GmbH Abteilung Berlin49 Kraatzer Weg 13

En fin, todos cumplieron lo que prometieron, excepto la gente de Wimdu con los que tuve contacto
No creo que recomiende a mis amigos Wimdu ya que prometen cosas que luego no cumplen

Fantastic Studio Well Located (118)

Die Wohnung hat für eine Ferienwohnung eine schöne Größe. Sie war sauber und mit tollen Bildern an den Wänden dekoriert. In der Küche findet man alles, was man für ein kleinen Snack oder das Frühstück benötigt. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Man benötigt keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Kurfürstendamm. Klasse!
Schaden fanden wir, dass es nur eine Gasheizung als Heizmöglichkeit gibt. Diese haben wir leider nicht in Gang bekommen. Zum Glück war es nicht allzu kalt. :-) Bei unserem nächsten Besuch werden wir mit Sicherheit erneut auf diese Wohnung zurück kommen.

Charming and Bright Apartment (222)

Sehr schöne und komplett ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Lage. Die Verkehrsanbindung per Tram sollte man nicht unterschätzen, diese fand ich für einige Ziel fast besser, als die U-Bahn. Der eigentliche Vermieter, Herr Ladwig, ist nett und kam mir am Abreisetag sehr entgegen. Da es am folgenden Tag keinen Mieter gab, durfte ich mein Gepäck bis abends in der Wohnung lagern. Direkt vom Vermieter würde ich diese Wohnung immer wieder gern buchen, da das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältins dann wirklich gut ist.
