Sea Views near Brighton Centre

It is a very nice apartment with plenty of room, a beautiful kitchen and great bedrooms facing the courtyard. The kitchen is equipped with everything to take meals at home as you. Especially comfortable the couch in front of a large flat-screen TV. The beach, a street full of shops, or the connection to several bus lines are just around the corner. Moreover, the road has little traffic in front of the house. I just felt very comfortable and would love to return. A disadvantage is that a permanent parking the car (approximately 2-3 kms) in a parking garage or just outside the city center is possible. The landlady was always reachable by phone and gave you information. I can absolutely recommend this apartment. Thanks Federica!

Hello Federica, your apartment I was fine in general, were wrong to give me the keys, but then it is solved! the rest is an apartment located in a nice area, very nice big rooms from the outside is not very convenient because the bathroom upstairs ... my assessment is positive. ;)

Situated in a popular area of Brighton near the sea front, this beautifully described apartment sadly hid dreadful secrets. As you walk through the front door, the musty stench of damp hits you. Up two flights of grubby stairs to the apartment only to be greeted with no heating except for a small electric heater, no bulbs working in the light and water running dowm the walls. There were instructions on how to work the heating but this didn't work. The second bedroom was accessed up the spiral staircase had nothing in it except for a step ladder and the bathroom, which led off this room needed a good clean. There was my friend and myself that booked the apartment and only one bed made up with no other bedding available to make up the bed settee in the back room. The description on Wimdu states that there are two bathrooms and my friend is disabled and finds stairs difficult so to have two bathrooms sounded ideal but there is no other bathroom except for the one accessed up the spiral staircase off the second bedroon. The second bathroom was in fact a cloakroom which was so narrow my friend was not able to use it. The ceilings appear to be falling down probably due to the damp conditions and after half an hour there, I had quite a bad asthma attack and spent a few hours in the local hospital. At this point we decided to find a hotel especially considering the temperature at night reach freezing. It is my intention to seek a 100% refund.

This property is in a perfect location for both shops and sea front and very typical of Brighton architecture. The appartment is spacious but we were surprised that the 'second bedroom' was in fact the dining room with a sofa bed which sadly my sister in law ( who is 62 and had travelled from France for a family wedding) could not sleep on because it was too hard. We had to find her somwhere else to stay which made for a very expensive trip for us. We also had difficulty getting hotwater because no instructions as to how to turn it on had been left, and there were problems with the keys we had been given There was some water running down the walls in the upstairs area near the bathroom. However, the kitchen was well equiped and our bedroom was comfortable. We would probably stay there again if we visit Brighton in the future.and did not need to use the sofa bed!

Such a lovely place! Perfect location and amazing value :) Everything you'd need for a great stay.

A very beautiful apartment! The apartment is very old so we got some problems with the heat. But that didn't destroyed the overall expression!

Our stay at Frederica's appartement was gorgeous, very special place, uncomplicated to get the keys etc., super kitchen equipment (smegg oven!) wonderfully quiet at night. and just around the corner: the main street with its charme, supermarkets open until 11pm, and : the sea !!! just down the road... *****loved it.
