SUNNY APARTMENT CLOSED TO CITYCENTER / SOUTHSTATION

Nice host, great place to stay. Super location. Clean & tidy. Gladly again!

Offered room was available, but unfortunately already rented. The alternative not meet our requirements. The host is in the middle of construction. When it is finished, it can be safe to stay there well.

Heiko was a good host; he provided some information about the city and nice area's to visit. Distance to the city centre is walkable. The apartment was nice and clean.

We had a great time staying in Heiko's apartment. Making arrangements with him was very efficient. We liked the style and tidiness of the place. The apartment is located in a street with a busy nightlife and it was easy to explore the city on foot from its location.

Host was very nice and gave us good advice. Keys worked fine. The apartment is located near the university, so evenings are many nice pubs within walking distance. The apartment is located on a road that is well frequented in the evening. The room is connected to a flat with two other rooms.

The location is great! you can eat very well and go celebrate in the area. in the apartment, it is very noisy (in the evening), but luckily the landlord had earplugs provided. What you should know is that this apartment is in an apartment with two other apartments. Ie there is an entrance door (with key) and you're standing in the exit corridor of the three apartments. two of these are rented by the owner. But you can not complete the apartments! And the roof terrace is accessible only via a different apartment. The bathroom of the apartment was very nice, the rest rather dusty clutter. Even the garbage in the garbage can was the predecessor.

Great welcome, you feel so welcomed. Great area and is highly recommended.

Location of the apartment is top! The apartment itself was renovated independently but more bad than good. All provisional right. Can not imagine to live longer in this apartment. All beds freshly made. Clean bathroom, kitchen not! For 150, - € for 5 people to expensive! Next time, be back again hotel or hostel.

The first time booked with Wimdu, and totally zufieden. Heiko is totally uncomplicated and nice, the room and especially the bathroom super clean. I would book again
